Our server was great. She was polite and attentive and kept us informed on the status of our drinks and food. Food was inconsistently cooked. Plates and glasses were either not washed or were just still greasy. The wine glasses had stuff smeared on them so we didnt even use them. And someone in our party opened their silverware and there was dried something(see pic for reference).Onion rings came out complete cold and grease logged. Half of everyone’s fries for their side were cold and shrimp was cold and possibly not cooked through(some were still kinda clear). Steaks came out wrong. Medium rare was well done, rare was medium well and the other rare steak was rare, medium and well done in different parts. The server was very helpful and gave us fresh fries and shrimp that were hot and cooked through. She did apologize for the steaks but we were already just trying to eat and go home at that point.

We ordered through DoorDash. For the price the portions are ridiculously small. We will NEVER order from this restaurant again. Ordered the Grilled Meatloaf, it’s dry and looks as if it sat out all week. No onions or gravy, as advertised. Sides of Mac and cheese are barely 2 tablespoons full. The Made-From-Scratch Loaded Potato Skins are Potato wedges with cheese on them. The Loaded Potato Soup is not even enough to fill a cup or a bowl. Complete rip off.

I ordered the NY strip cooked medium rare and was impressed it came medium rare. Tasted great! My wife ordered a salad with steak in it.
They did have some issues with being under staffed and coordinating food. Initially the bar tender was our waitress, followed by the hostess because of staffing issues. They also brought my wife’s food first, followed by our kids, and finally my food.
That being said, they acknowledged the issues and gave my kids a huge bowl of ice cream for free. They also were attentive to give me 4 glasses of ice tea.
Huge compliments to Mindy and Marissa, who served our table. They did great!

We arrived, party of 7 with a toddler. It took a while to be greeted by a server on a Sunday at 430, only 2 other tables. When finally greeted it was a quick drink order of water chocolate milk and a coffee. We also asked for the babies mac and cheese to go right in. After a few minutes, the hostess came over and asked our drink order again. Finally a new server comes and we got our drinks and that our apps were on the way. We had to ask for the babies food again. When our meal came out all but 2 came out. 10 minutes later the last two arrived. Steak Alfredo cooked medium consisted of 5 pieces of steak that were cold on top of a thousand mushrooms in pasta. The roll that was cut in half and topped with garlic butter and melted white cheese had to be asked for again. When the server was told she did not offer any apology. She finally brought the garlic bread at the same time as the Togo boxes. We were all very disappointed. We remember a Logan’s that had great food and service. This was sub par at best. As I said, it was a very slow Sunday evening at 430pm. Why did the server change 3 times? Why did we have to ask for things ordered? Why the gap in 2 of the meals and then come out cold? Why didn’t a manager come by to rectify Any of the problems that occurred through out our visit?

Ordered a family meal through door dash tonight. Everything arrived sealed in the bags (see delivery photo). While eating my salad I felt something weird while chewing and pulled a piece of plastic halfway out of my throat from the salad.

2 years since last visit. Not busy. Rolls were hot but lacking any taste. The wife’s burger and fries were good. The salads were very good. The ribs were over cooked and very dry. The sweet potato was old (yesterday?) and came with butter but no sugar cinnamon. Disappointed again. Last trip here.
1st visit since they reopened.
No more peanuts. The place was clean. We were seated in a bar area booth and the bartender serviced our table for a mid-afternoon meal. Not very busy and service was adequate less delays in drink top off. The shrimp stacked salmon was very good as were all the sides. The full rack of ribs was very over cooked with the bones pulling out of the meat. The charred exterior of the rib meat was inedible. This used to be the best place to get ribs in Fredericksburg. We might return and I would opt for something other than the ribs.

We’ve passed by a lot and wanted to try, sorry we did. We were the only ones there at 9pm and still waited a long time for our food.. my country steak was burnt and dry, small servings of rice and beans, best part was the rolls that were free. We also killed 5 ants at our table and showed them on the napkin, def a one and done.

Had an early dinner at the restaurant this evening. The place was pretty empty. Hard to see it staying open if there isn’t more people dining there.
The restaurant is very clean though it seems dated. It kind of has a 1990’s feel to it. The waitress was friendly and the food was brought out quickly. I had the teriyaki chicken with rice and broccoli. The chicken portion was rather small. That food was prepared well though.

We spent TWO HOURS in the restaurant the majority of the time was waiting for the food. Afternoon visit, very few customers. Seated promptly, no ask for starting beverages for 15 min. Rolls ill times to rest of meal. No customer service…flat out unacceptable…but boy..did they want me to pay quickly. Ribs were fine, my logan steak was not cooked correctly nor did it seem like real meat. I will never go again. This was a wasted 100.00.
