Just finished breakfast at Chick-fil-A, and I’ve got some thoughts on the Scramble Bowl.
Overall, it was a solid start to the morning—pretty tasty and hit the spot. If I’m being picky, the eggs could have been a bit hotter, as they were a little lukewarm by the time I sat down, but the flavors were still there.
One thing to watch out for if you’re heading in: the floors were incredibly slippery today. I managed to keep my balance, but it definitely felt like a hazard. I’m glad I’m young and steady on my feet, because an older person could have easily taken a serious spill.
Stay safe out there (and maybe grab some extra napkins)!

Stopped by this Chick-fil-A while driving through town heading back to Houston. The place was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and efficient—exactly what you hope for when you’re trying to get in and out quickly. I stuck with my usual: the 8-piece nuggets and the kale crunch salad, both fresh and tasty. Decided to treat myself and added a vanilla shake, which hit the spot. Overall, great quick stop with solid service and good food. Would definitely return on another trip

This was my first time ordering from this location as I stay in Waxahachie and usually stop there with no issues, but I was in Midlothian and decided to stop by here. My order was almost perfect except for my medium fries which had a lot of black spots on them which I hate. It was half the container with the spots on them so I unfortunately couldn’t even eat them which was very disappointing. I hope they do better for future customers!

Long line of cars and decided to roll the dice. Amazed at how fast things moved along. Pulled up paid, went around corner and they were there waiting with our sandwiches. The sandwich seemed small and bun was dry, with small slice of lettuce and tomato. Back again and dine inside. Nice layout great service. Food was right behind us as we sat down. Juicy chicken sandwich but wasn’t very spicy for spicy chicken.. seating was comfy and plenty of it..

This Chick-fil-A used to be a well oiled machine with the best customer service. We live very close and come here a lot! Lately though the quality of food has been lacking and they rarely get orders right anymore. It’s like they don’t care either. I’ve been putting this review off for a while because I’ve had so many good experiences but now the bad is outweighing the good. Today they forgot my sauces which isn’t that big of a deal. I checked because I have to now so luckily I could just park and run inside to get them but that’s not really the point of the drive thru. They’ve left out my food items, given me totally wrong orders and barely filled fry and nugget containers. (Which is why I religiously check my order now). They’ve just opened another one down the road so this one better get in line or they might lose customers.

Order doesn’t take that long pretty fast and the food is neat, surrounding is clean and smells good. Over all happy for my first stop for the day before my long day ahead of me. The order was to go for a late lunch with my family. Got home and immediately noticed a problem. The waffle fries were all lacking in each of the 4 orders. I have had this happen before and it seems to be a pattern on orders to go. It would be nice if I were getting what I paid for but it’s not even close to being a full order. This really needs to be addressed.

I’m 70 years old and have heard all the Chick- fil-A hype, how good it was. Had to have a cancer treatment and needed to eat. There was a location near the clinic so I stopped in there. (Midlothian, Tx) I got the 4 chicken tenders and waffle fries meal. I am certainly not a big eater, but for $11.50 I expected more food. Waffle fries barely filled the container, small tenders as well. One tender specifically was maybe 2 bites. Nothing in the carry out bag but the food and Napkins. This is Texas , you might consider offering gravy or something. Was hungry after I ate. Tasted good ,but not a good value for the amount of food you get. Probably won’t be back. The photo shows 3 of the 4 tenders.
