I was concerned when I saw the reviews, however, I decided to give this Sweetgreen a try. I visited the restaurant around 7pm to grab a salad to take home. The staff was efficient and accommodating. My salad was made to my liking snd I’m glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews.

Just don’t do it.
Our order was 30 minutes late with multiple errors that made it nearly inedible.
The Miso Glazed Salmon was completely overcooked and still had crispy onions even though I specifically requested them removed. The extra roasted sweet potatoes I paid for were nowhere to be found.
The Rosemary Focaccia I received was stale and unappetizing, and the Hummus + Focaccia I ordered was completely missing from the delivery.
The sweet potatoes ordered looked like they had been picked over (see photo.)
The only item prepared correctly was my Create Your Own bowl, but one correct item out of three isn’t acceptable, especially when paying nearly $50 for a meal.
Between the late delivery, missing items, and ignoring my modification requests, this was easily the worst Sweetgreen experience I’ve had. And I’ve had some bad experiences at the Rockefeller Center location.
Save yourself the frustration and money – there are plenty of other options in Westfield that can deliver what you actually ordered in a reasonable timeframe. Will not be returning.

I don’t typically review anything, but I found my experience here poor from a customer service standpoint. I made an online order, where I’m already paying a premium for high quality food, and was told they ran out of one of my food items. Since they can’t remove from the order (since it’s already paid for online), they gave me options from the same “section” as the missing item (cold sweet potatoes). When I asked if it could be replaced with one hard boiled egg I was told no because that’s a “premium” item and cold sweet potatoes are not. This is poor customer service and I left with no cold sweet potatoes and no alternative, yet still paid for it. I will no longer order from here and will not recommend to friends and neighbors due to the customer service.

I was really looking forward to checking out Sweetgreen in Westfield, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The place was dirty, dirty, dirty—no other way to put it. The trash bins were overflowing, and it looked like no one had wiped down the tables or counters all day. To make it worse, the food stations were a complete mess, with different toppings and dressings all mixing together in a sloppy jumble. I had high hopes for a fresh, healthy meal, but the chaos and lack of cleanliness completely ruined the experience. I won’t be coming back.

It was my first time at Sweetgreen and a staff member named Grace was so patient and polite. She noticed it was my first time and recommended the Garlic Parm Cali Bowl — it was so good! The place was clean, the service was great, and my experience was amazing. Definitely coming back!

Normally we DoorDash or pick up from Sweet Green but my daughter and I had lunch in the store for the first time and the staff, especially Halle, was so kind and helpful. She let my daughter try multiple dressings and offered suggestions on what she may like. It was refreshing to go into a “fast food” establishment and meet someone who was patient, kind, and great at their job! I normally never write reviews but Halle deserves to be recognized for how great she is!

I stopped by today, and the restaurant was super clean and welcoming. ✨ Amina and Halle✨ were both so friendly, patient, and helpful while assisting me with my order they really took the time to make sure everything was just right. My food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, but what truly stood out was their great energy and customer service. They made my visit such a pleasant experience! You can tell they genuinely take pride in what they do.

Check your pickup orders. Ordered the harvest bowl and the chicken was left out. The bowl itself was ok at best. The focaccia is also very stale. Pickup overall was hectic and late. My first experience at a different store was better.

I am a frequent customer at this sweetgreen and I’m always blown away by the amazing customer service I receive when I visit this location. Caroline is a great leader and she always has a fantastic attitude/energy and a warm friendly smile for all of the customers when they arrive. Caroline and her amazing team are always quick to answer any questions I might have an always make me feel so welcomed when I am here. She has cultivated a warm friendly culture at this location and her and her team have made a lifelong customer out of me. Thank you Caroline and team!
