Their breakfast is one of the best for fast food. Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit never disappoints. The Monster burger is also really good and very large. Fries are really good too. A little more expensive than other places. The picture below doesn’t do the burger justice.

Ordered for take out. Got there and the lady at the counter was great. No complaints on that part. The lady that was in the kitchen on the other hand, complained the whole time about people’s order, was very loud and used inappropriate language with customers inside. Got home the chicken wraps were cold. They were folded like a taco and not wrapped, were made incorrectly. 2 were supposed to be no lettuce, extra cheese, add onion. They had lettuce still on them, no extra cheese but did have onion. Everything else we ordered was fine.

We went to this location this evening through the drive thru. GREAT customer service- accurate order food was hot and freshly prepared. *** Icing on the cake was how nice they were to the two dogs we had in the back of our vehicle. We will surely be back again. I usually don’t leave reviews- but whoever was working deserves a shout out for a job well done!

We come here alot. Mostly the drive thru. Food is good. Customer service from whomever is in the drive-thru taking orders lacks customer service. She rudely says “anything else” anything else anything else as if customers are a bother to her and she is in some sort of rush. If it was just once it would have been fine. But it is everytime. Other than that it’s fine.

I came in today and I ordered a number 1 with a medium OJ, and I like to put ice in a medium cup, the manager asked me if I wanted a small for free or an upcharge for a medium cup, I said yes, so I guess when I put the small cup back to her she thought I slammed it on the counter so the girl in the back making the food she told me to leave really rude, so my thing is why would the girl in the back tell me to leave, it was none of her business. I don’t think I will be back, I’ve been coming to this Hardees for years. You just lost a good paying customer.

Hardee’s you need to seal food containers for Dash delivery.Delivery guy ate my food out of two containers and you know why?Containers weren’t sealed.So please seal your food containers before delivery guy comes in,take some responsibility and protect your customers food.Today he ate my food,tomorrow he will poison it.Your manager should be ashamed of himself for not protecting food that goes out for delivery.On this video you can clearly see that one bag had dead knot and the other one is opened and he ate food from the top two containers.

I just spent our weekly eating out budget on a meal so gross no one will eat it. The sprite is out of syrup, it’s carbonated water. Nothing was fresh, it was cold, congealed, my burger patty was broken, and the fries were unsalted and cooked in obviously old oil. Somehow it still took over 15 minutes. We were patient, assuming the meal was being cooked. If somebody could reach out to me to make this right, I would really appreciate it.
This location normally has really good food and their breakfast is great. But…ew.

It’s a hit or miss. Hardee’s changed up their fries and I love them, but these must have set too long. Also, their chicken often rivals KFC, but not today! The order was very fast so, I assume the food had been sitting out too long. Sidenote to the staff; If it’s not fresh enough that you would want it, don’t serve it to your customers, or offer them something. “Sorry, your fries are stale and soggy so, I threw in an apple pie!”… Make it worth the cost.

Tried calling in but it rang so long it asked for an access code. Love getting breakfast here or at least did but each time gradually got worse. This time the biscuits were so hard and dry so I threw them away.

Worst food from a Hardees yet. While traveling back home on the 8th, my family and I decided to swing in and grab some dinner for the road. After a nearly 10min wait in the drive through, we got our food and got back on the road. I’ll start with the good… the employee was kind and the fries were hot. That’s all. Everything from there went downhill. My Frisco BLT had half cooked bacon on it, soggy lettuce, almost no mayo, and the patties had definitely been sitting for a while. The chicken sandwich and tenders were old and either horribly overcooked or cooked in oil that was way overdue to be changed. All of which are ServSafe violations. In reference, the picture shared was the chicken sandwich. It is so dark it looks like a burger. We took the loss, I removed my bacon and lettuce, and we ate the food anyways because we were already back on the highway. Thankfully no one got sick. If I have to sit and wait for 10 minutes for my food that i spent nearly $50 on, and I receive fresh fries, the rest of the food should be fresh as well. Chicken takes half that time to deep fry…burgers and bacon even less time. If Rally’s can do it, so can you….do better.
