The restaurant is clean, comfortable (with a unique couch-seats setup) and most everyone was pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s all the good I could say for the Brick House because the food was awful and we told the new, unmoving manager that straight up. Our onion soup tasted plain, like water down beef bouillon with some slightly cooked onions. My pulled pork grilled cheese, while tasty, was dripping in grease and I was only able to eat 1/2 (and I was starving). The calamari appetizer was also extremely greasy, enough so that manager took it back to show the kitchen, but not enough for him to do anything else about it. We also had the flatbread pizza but the dough wasn’t cooked all the way. The waiter did offer a replacement for the calamari, but really we just wanted out. To help pay we had a gift card, though it wasn’t valid (due to the original company selling the place) and the manager was nice to give a discount for our meal but he didn’t bother on why the food was so bad after telling him (again I can’t believe the manager thought our food was so bad that he took the full plate away to show the kitchen but left us just sitting in the dust). This place made me sick from all the grease, hopefully, others in our group don’t get sick from the raw pizza dough, and we only ate about 1/2 our meals (if that). Nice place but does not have it where it counts—the food and customer service.
EDIT: In response to the Company’s reply, they asked if we could give them another shot and I replied but was basically left on un-read (been over a week now). I’ve since revised my review from 2 to 1 stars.
EDIT 2: Corporate followed up and we will give the Brick House another try, back up to 2 and will update again after our next visit.
EDIT 3: We went back, food and service was great. It’s a nice and clean restaurant, that definitely redeemed itself. From 1 to 2, and now 4 stars. Also added new food photos from our most recent trip during their brunch service.

I was charmed by the couch-looking booths in the middle so we got seated in one. Food was pretty good, I enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich. The deviled eggs we pretty decent. Mac and cheese was nice and fresh, just needed a little seasoning. I will have to come by for brunch sometime though I’m sure these guys are popular for that. Hangup for me but maybe not for others is that there are too many televisions. It makes sense for a sports bar, but for this place it was a little discombobulating.

Food was delicious. First time I tried the lobster BLT and it was was awsome. The place is great for outdoor dining with plenty of room to spread out. Cozy firepit for cool evenings Definitely check out if in Parker.

Unique seating area. They repurposed sofas as “booths” which is pretty cool. Their drink menu is also unique. I had a champagne sangria. Usually sangrias are made with red wine, but that was a fun twist. My husband’s soup came out way after his entrée and we weren’t charged for it! Their food was delicious and there was excellent customer service. I will be returning!

I’m giving this two stars. Here’s how the food/night went… Went to a restaurant nearby, but it had an hour and a half wait. I Google nearby restaurants, and found this one right next door. They had a 5 minute wait. I should have found that odd, but we decided to try it anyhow. We walked next door, and sure enough, no one was waiting in line and no crowds. In fact, it looked like a Tuesday afternoon in the restaurant. Hardly anyone was there. We were greeted at the door and was immediately sat down at a booth in the corner. It was extremely dilapidated, as the seats were extremely decrepit and gross. The booth had no room to maneuver, and we barely fit. We are not huge people, so the booth was rather a poor fit. We made the best of it and sat down anyhow.
The atmosphere was pretty cool. They had couches for chairs in half the restaurant, which is odd but cool. A bit dirty, but again, a cool feature. This restaurant had a mountain beatnik vibe to it, and looked super trendy. Something you’d find in Boulder… But it was super cold inside. This is December 30th, so turn on the heat. Nope, straight cold air pumping through the vents and one fire roaring across the restaurant from us. No heat hitting us, of course, but it looked nice. The bathroom was tiny, and even colder. What the hell? Or should I say, what the frozen tundra?
Food: I ordered the Philly cheese steak, and it was the driest steak sandwich I ever tasted. I literally had to drink water with every bite. No flavor, and super dry. My friend ordered a hamburger… He let me try a bite. I kid you not, there was no flavor to the meat. Nothing. Just straight meat cooked in a skillet. No grill taste, no seasoning… Just bland meat. Yuck. His daughter ordered a salad. A chicken salad of some variety. No salad dressing or good flavoring. Just a bland salad. In short, only one person enjoyed their food out of the 6 that went with us. The young child had Kraft Mac N cheese. Yep, it looked and tasted like box Mac N cheese. Not even home made or wet… Just dried out Mac N cheese.
2 stars for atmosphere, since it was pretty neat looking inside…. Negative 2 for food taste and presentation. Eat here if your desperate, but avoid if you can. We certainly will.

The place looks great and the Ambiance is right on par, Service is amazing, our waitress was fantastic. The Mamosa Flight was good, but the flight was wrong, instead of giving us the second list, they just gave us whatever was made. There was no peach and blood orange, it was Grapefruit and regular. Good idea, failed in the end. I ordered the Southern Fried Benedict, presentation was good, the chicken was dry and they gave me little to no hollandaise sauce on the top, when we ordered a side of it the waitress told us that they ran out and are preparing more… explains that, the regular hollandaise was flavorless and clumpy. The hashbrowns had only oil as a flavor, nothing else, I expected more from southern hasbrowns.

This place has amazingly friendly staff and presents itself in a very welcoming manner. The outdoor seating looks very comfortable and would be a great place to spend an afternoon but….I would only recommend wings and beer. I looked forward to a eggs Benedict variation but was let down by an overloaded egg atop clumpy Hollandaise sauce followed by dried out but flavorful fried chicken. I imagine this occurred under the heater lamp because our food took forever to arrive and the table next to ours got their food 5 minutes before us even though they ordered 10 minutes after us. The hash browns were some of the best I have ever had and my wife agreed. She finished them off while waiting for her remade burger that had several LONG hairs in side. But the remake was missing the garlic aioli that was advertised. The pretzels were hard. The chicken meatballs were salty and dry. The deviled eggs were ehhh. But the wings were fantastic! One of the best sauces I’ve tried. I’m not sure I’d come back but if I wanted wings and beer outside while watching a game I would think about it.

First walking in, the atmosphere was a mix between nice restaurant and brunch bar; blended nicely. The hostess immediately met us, but with no smile and seemed very put off that she was even working.
We were set in the bar and immediately recieved glasses of water and told someone would be with us shortly. Our waitress/bartender arrived shortly after with a smile and hospitality.
Our drinks were works of art and the flavor showed the artisan craftsmanship that comes with unique cocktails.
The level of noise and ambience was mixed well, and soon after our appetizer arrived.
We got the Ahi Tuna. The plating of this appetizer was pleasant and artistic. When each element of the appitizers was placed together at once upon your taste buds it took you into a five star mentality. Your forgot you were downtown Parker. Well done.
It did take a while for a food to come out, and we observed others who were sat after us recieve their food before.
Once our food came our we took our time tasting the different flavors (or lack there of)
Cuban sandwich – thr bread had an amazing toast and crips as you bit into it. The bread on the inside was a flavorful softness that accented the Smoky and delightful flavors of the sandwich content. Would highly recommend it, and will even return for it.
The tacos…get past the beautiful visuals and you are left 100% opposite of the Cuban sandwich. Very bland, no flavors, and would make anyone feel as if they had stepped Into a two dimensional black and white TV show.
If the meat from the Cuban was used in the tacos….then we would be having a different conversation.
Overall 4 stars. We would return, and look forward to trying different flavors; just need an upgrade to your tacos, or take them off the menu all together.

Food was TOP NOTCH! I highly recommend the fried zucchini and seasoned (Cajun) tots. Also, if you get seated in the middle (which I wasnt) then the booth seats are actual couches which is pretty cool.
I will say, it’s not 5 stars because the service wasn’t the best and my margarita was awful. Hoping the server would be attentive enough to realize I didn’t drink anything but one sip – but wasnt. As well as she didn’t look very happy to be serving anyway.
Hoping next time I come here I’ll have a 5 star experience and want to change my review.

The atmosphere is great! Big fireplace inside that you can feel the heat from and extremely nice booths. Great drink selection. I got a nice IPA and my wife got a mango tea. Salad wash cut fresh and our meals were delicious with a good amount of lobster in both. We will definitely be going back when we have more time to just chill
