I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a chicken tender combo and specifically asked for barbecue sauce. When I checked the bag, there was no sauce in the bag at all. I went back inside to ask about it, and the employee told me that tenders don’t come with sauce, which is completely inaccurate because the tender combo does include sauce. On top of that, my drink wasn’t even filled all the way. I was forced to pay extra for sauce, because of the employee’s incorrect information.
Customer service and accuracy clearly need improvement at this location. Very frustrating experience.

This location always messes up my order. I ask for boneless I get bone in. I ask for spicy I get mild. I will say if I go inside to order they get it correct but if I go through the driveway I just know it’s wrong. Best bet is to go to a different location. L on the service.

I’ve been coming here for years and not once do I think I have ever actually gotten everything I ordered. Even when I use the app. Its either I’ll get something completely different from what I ordered, or when they actually manage to get the right order they forget sauce. I came last week to get a 6pc wing and their new cheesy bites, ended up getting two boxes of wings instead. I even checked my order on the app and it said what I thought I had ordered. Yet they somehow managed to remember the marinara sauce, but no cheesy bites. I came back today to get the same thing and actually got everything, except of course the sauce for the wings (which I was honestly expecting for them to forget at this point). Overall, the staff is nice and the quality of the food has been good every time I’ve come here, but they always forget something in your order. If you’re ordering off the app just dob’t expect to get all the items you’ve paid for

Very rude manager, I order food on thanksgiving a 20 piece and a 10 piece, 10 biscuits and 2 large mash potatoes around 2:30 pm , I didn’t check if everything they gave me was okay until later on in the day because I was going to take it over my mother in law house so I didn’t bother to check, when it was time to eat, that’s when I notice they gave me two 10 piece boxes instead of the 20 piece and 10 piece, even though they charged me for it. I also order 10 biscuits and only got 5, I know honest mistake happen, I called around 6 o clock and I got rude service they refuse to help me and even gave me attitude for barely calling when i got the chicken hours ago, I tried explaining why I called hours later! But all she gave me was attitude and she said that she “will check the cameras “ to see what happen and that she would call me back, she never did! This was terrible terrible customer service, they robbed me, on thanksgiving day, imagine pulling up to a thanksgiving with less food then you promise, that’s a whole 10 piece gone, mistakes happen but their egos was to much to handle a honest mistake from their end I tried going on it the right way but it looks like I’m going to go at it the bad way……..

I just visit this new location yesterday evening. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal with a regular size mashed potato. And a regular size drink with the meal. Then I realized after the indian guy taken my order that my bill was a little high. When I got to the window to pay. He charged me for an large mashed potato and large coke. Thank God I always check my order before driving off. I asked him for some of my money back since he overcharged me for things I didn’t have in my bag. To make matters worse. My chicken tenders were under cooked my fries we’re not fresh they were cold. These days they don’t make the food like they used to. Too many lazy employees, this is why don’t eat out as much. But I would never come here again.

This is my main Popeyes but I find it average in every way. Not good not bad. Just average. It barely meets expectations.
It’s worth coming to for what it’s worth.
December 2025 update:
The main reason I rank this low is due to order speed and order accuracy. I also think the employees could be kinder and warm. The food itself is good but often it’s not at the quality of other Popeyes I’ve been to. For me if you want to not be average then you do things that make me feel like you’re not average. Speed, accuracy, kindness, efficiency, and honestly they seem a lil disorganized too. There’s nothing here that makes it worth 5 so my 3 star stays. You’re average but not bad. Still my main Popeyes not because you’re great but because you’re good enough.

This spot deserves a 0.. not one person speaks good English to the point I knew my order was going to be wrong, I usually go to the Popeyes in des plaines but this Popeyes is closer so I came here today had to drive back to get two items that I payed for that were missing from my sealed bag and when I went to tell them they gave me attitude claiming they can check cameras because they knew they packed everything I ordered in my bag. Why would I waste my gas coming back if I received my items? Makes no sense to me and on top of that instead of arguing with the customer they could have given me something small because of the inconvenience but instead argued with me I took what I payed for and left. Never dealt with such poor staff. Honestly suggest driving all the way to the one in des plaines.

I ordered 6pcs wings also 6$ big box 3pc chicken tenders. All the food was cold and I also paid for 4 dipping sauces. When I arrived home they forgot to put the dipping sauces in the bag. Terrible experience I’ll take my business somewhere else

I’m not really big I’m making reviews but when I say being disgusted by this place is an understatement, I went in there hungry ordered two meals eat there and when I opened it up, I was not expecting to be surprised with a fried cockroach on my chicken. When I went to the front and explained what happened the staff had asked if that was in there when I opened it I was appalled by such a comment and replied if you think I brought that in here fried with white coating on top of it, you’re sadly mistaken. Please go find yourself another location

I have a bad book experience; people keep crossing me. I was waiting online for 10 minutes. The cashier was rude. He never asked me what my order was, and they gave me the wrong order. It was horrible.
