The IHOP on Seigen Lane could be a five for breakfast except for the receptionist/seater. She was on her cell phone and made no effort to acknowledge us or the others who came in for quite a while. A really bad first impression. Fortunately our server was very friendly and attentive and the food was good. They have a very extensive menu and overall the experience was good.

The food wasn’t quite what the picture looked like and described, but it was still okay. They got rid of what I used to order, so I had to pick something new. The service was great. The cleanliness, however, was HORRIBLE. The salt shaker was so dirty that the salt would not come out of it and had some brown stuff on the rim. The floor was filthy and needed to be cleaned. The ketchup had some dried up on the bottle. Everything was just nasty…
Edit: After my last bad experience where my order wasn’t right and wasn’t what I wanted, I was contacted by a manager who offered to provide me with the meal I originally wanted for free my next visit. When I went back, the service was MUCH better and the manager was very nice and polite. However, the taste of the food was still poor. I understand it was free, but I feel the kitchen staff may need some better training or something. My boyfriend’s food was cold to the point that the cheese was not even melted and my chocolate batter pancakes with chocolate chips hardly had any chocolate chips or chocolate syrup on them and they weren’t very sweet. If I would’ve known they wouldn’t have too much flavor I probably would’ve gone with a different flavor instead. I’ve had those before and I do not remember them tasting the way they did this time. It was somewhat disappointing.
Edit #2: I went back since I had more points to use. I tried to ask the waitress questions and she apparently wasn’t understanding, so I kept it simple for her. My boyfriend’s food was cold. After I gave the waitress the codes to redeem rewards, she asked to see it on my phone and then ran off to the back WITH my phone. When I saw her I called out that I needed my phone back, so she handed it back to me. There was a ton of confusion just trying to get the bill right. Then as I’m leaving I tried to go to the bathroom and a strong horrible smell hit me when I walked in and the only handicapped stall was a MESS to the point that I just turned around and walked right back out. The waitress was a nice woman, but she needs to find a job that would be a better fit. Being a server is not it. Once again, horrible service and experience. Maybe I will just attempt the other location next time, if at all.

This is the first time that I’ve been disappointed in IHOP. We waited for 10 minutes before we were seated. The waitress asked what we wanted to drink. Told her coffee and we waited and waited and waited. Waitress never came back to the table didn’t bring us coffee so after sitting there for a good 25-30 minutes we decided to go eat elsewhere. We enjoy our IHOP on College Drive because we have a favorite waitress, Miss Beverly. I will go back but if they are short handed I’m going elsewhere.

The General Manager was speaking very rudely to her employees. It took over 40 minutes to get our meals and she was not apologetic. If it was not for ADRIAN we would have left the location. I will be contacting the Corporate Office. It’s a good thing I am not a critic.

Not a good experience here. Food took forever to come out and the French toast had a huge, long hair, right on top of it. We sent it back and instead of it being expedited, we were al completely finished eating and asked for the check before the new food came out.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! My family & I came in on Christmas evening to dine in. I watched multiple other people get sat in the same section who were greeted & placed their order before us. The server whose section we sat in walked past us several times and didn’t say a single word! I watched her close out checks, bring togo boxes, bring out drinks, and take orders. Being a former server myself, it was very obvious she didn’t want to deal with us. I definitely felt pre-judged. I took my family to the car and came back inside to inform the manager of our experience. After waiting several minutes at the host stand, nobody came up front. I will NOT be returning to this location!

When Me and my Sister in Law arrived we was greeted by the Hostess he was the tall guy super nice great attitude.. He took us to our table the first available .. the waitress we believe her name is Shandel with the black baseball cap and the big bird lashes she was nasty and rude she didn’t want us in her section she was loud and caused a scene.. So the young man moved us to Ty section she was amazing.. Shandel didn’t want us in her section because we was black and don’t tip.. However we is not from here and you can’t judge a book by its cover.. For her information we tip Ty our waitress very Good and we tipped the Hosts. They both was amazing..

Early morning food cravings, then this is one of the best place to visit open 24 hours.
When I entered the restaurant at 5 AM in the morning, there was no one to provide services. I waited for 10 minutes and was about to leave. Luckylee a Lady server came out of the kitchen.
The lady server was polite I ordered chicken fajita Omlet. It was nicely cooked delicious, full of veggies and chicken. The where also well cooked.
A couple of days ago In the middle of the night, I had placed an order on the I hop App two chicken fajita omelette and one strawberry milkshake.
However, when the delivery was done by the Doordash.
One item milkshake was missing from the order on calling Doordash. They said I hop will refund the amount after 3 to 5 days.
I notified the issue to the Server and she was polite and kind enough to get a strawberry milkshake without any charge.
Enjoyed the food and had a very good delicious experience .

Worst service ever. Cierra was completely not into customer service. I got my drink a coffee and water. Finished that and she never came back. Ate more than half of meal with no drink. When they called her to check me out. I asked her about it. She said she thought I wanted to be left alone! No salsa for the fajita omelet. What is that about? I’m done with IHOP.
