the workers eat, slay everyday they’re so amazing HOWEVER the management and policies need to change because they won’t let us get more than 2 mobile orders at a time. you have to RE go around into the drive through for a third MOBILE ORDER if you have one. would love for this to change as well as letting customers get free water again because water should be free and is a necessity!!!!! Starbucks gives free water with purchase why can’t taco bell.

After having an absolutely TERRIBLE experience at “the other Taco Bell” (Welltown road) about 4 years ago, I started coming to this Taco Bell at all costs. Let me tell you, I have not been disappointed one time. The food and the service at this Taco Bell have always been excellent. Especially impressive when it’s 3 am and the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. Keep at it y’all!

I stopped here 12/28 to pick up a door dash and the blonde opening the store was incredibly rude. I’ve literally never experienced anything like that. First the lobby doors were locked, so I pull in the drive thru and said “I’m here to pick up a door dash but your doors are locked?” She told me to pull around, so I did and she made the comment lobby is closed till 9 so I replied “DoorDash should put that in the notes” to which I was told, it’s posted on the door and I need to learn how to read. The reason behind the shitty attitude was because I had a shitty attitude first? I wasn’t even talking to the her from the jump when I said anything about door dash should list lobby hours for their drivers in the order screen. I hope she wasn’t a manager of any kind. I’d hate to work for her.

I will never ever as long as I live order from this establishment. It is the rudest and most terrible place I’ve ever been, to go with my wife here and make a simple order go wrong and then blame the customer is Ludacris, asked for 2 burrito supremes, I seen on the monitor it was wrong. I asked the lady about it. She said it was correct, assured me it was correct, i pull up, get my food and of course check it because it said Nacho cheese on the screen. And she assured me, it was burrito supremes, look in the bag, I see 2 Nacho taco supremes. I go back up to the window and try to tell her that there was a mistake, I even assured her I tried to tell her at the kiosk when I ordered it. That it didn’t look right, She then got loud and snappy with me over the loudspeaker Through the drive through, so I ended up getting loud back and correcting her after her snappy comment, and because of me doing that, I had my food held hostage to be given a lecture along with everybody behind me, waiting for their food about respect from the supervisor when she doesn’t even have respect for every one of the people in line behind me, let alone me and understanding what is going on, i even asked for my food and said please 4 times and even after giving it to me i had to practically pry it out her hands with a forceful pull as she continued to try to lecture me, again I will never ever order from this establishment again. Honestly after dealing with this i lost my appetite… thanks…

Everyone at this location is alway super friendly. The service is always great. This is a review for whoever owns this store. This location and the Taco Bell locations in this area charge higher prices than other locations. There is currently a promotion for a $9 lux box and this store is charging $12 for it. They’re price gouging us for what?

Ordered what my boyfriend and I both wanted. Told the guy absolutely no cheese or sour cream on my boyfriend order and no sour cream on mine. Whoever was making the food wasn’t paying attention. My boyfriends order came out and mine didn’t. Told them we were waiting on the other part of the order. Finally got mine and of course his was cold. Opened up my tacos and all has sour cream on them after they were told several times no sour cream. And this isn’t the first time they failed to pay attention to an order. And no they were not busy either.

Updating my review from 6 years ago…every time I order door dash from here never have any problems and is fast. Also never have any problems ordering in store and food comes out fast with basically no wait time. Inside is always clean. I like the option this one has to order your food and pay by yourself on the screen too.

This location is especially slow and needs a total management overhaul. Staffing seems to be a constant issue. They are now also refusing to let me buy a cup of water. If I have to wait 20 minutes for a taco, I should at least be entitled to some water after the wait!
