Yo, listen close, ’cause this Sonic fell off
Used to be the king, now the service got soft.
Messed up two orders, got the ticket all wrong,
But the real big problem is comin’ up strong.
Bit the Double Cheese, nearly lost a tooth
Plastic in the patty, I’m speakin’ the truth.
Hidden in the meat, man, that isn’t safe,
Total disaster at this drive-in place.
Used to be decent, now it’s a decline
One star rating, this is the end of the line.

Love the ice cream at sonic just today 2/08/26 got a Reese’s Blast and I took a couple bites found a small hair didn’t pay no attention to it but got closer to the bottom and found two more hairs. Come on sonic do better!

Always fast friend service even when they are slammed and short staffed. Love the cheeseburgers, tots, cherry limeades and shakes. But my favorite is a Rt 44 unsweetened iced tea. Especially at happy hour. Plus all the sticks…cheese, pretzel, chicken.

We placed a mobile order and pulled into a stall to pick it up. When our order was brought to us, neither of the drinks were marked. We asked the carhop if she knew which was which, and she said “uhm, are the bubbles popped?” we said no and she said “oh, well then i don’t know” and walked away. It may seem like a small thing, but that’s poor customer service to not even apologize for the inconvenience. Having to taste the drinks to determine what’s what is not something we should have to do.

We stop by here all the time to get drinks. The last few times have been disappointing. Today we stopped by had gotten flavored waters, as well as a slush. The waters were completely wrong, and the slush was mainly slush mix with no flavoring. The car hop was nice enough to remake the waters. When the manager, Roger, was called he had offered to make it right, but didn’t say anything further so I had ended the phone call. It’s beyond frustrating.

Moved to town this week. Ordered chili fries and a strawberry limeade. Took 3 bites and 45 minutes later was stuck puking with horrible cramps among other symptoms….I am 8 weeks pregnant and omw to the Er with food poisoning. This is not okay.

Dissapointed ordered a chilly cheese hot dog and only got half a spoon if even that on it you can see as I took the hot dog out. Ordered the new drink with the shark that was very nice to look at and taste great.

Ya know… Sonic used to be great… Not anymore… Any Sonic I go to feels like a jip… Especially since they got rid of the half priced drinks… I ordered a chocolate brownie shake and they gave me a vanilla shake with chocolate shavings on top and charged a speciality shake price… Not worth it!!! Plus the sauce…. I got a bunch of onion rings with 2 ketchup packets… Not going back!!!
