I guess everyone in this location steals. lol jkjk watch ya wallets, watch ya purse, hell even watch ya man! Everybody was RBF except for sunny. The evening bartender was blah. Didn’t wanna speak and sat in a corner on her phone as SOON as she arrived . I irritated the owner Yung because I asked to swap out the hairy Dungeness crab with a snow crab but he kindly did so. Food was good, fresh and hot. Behind bar was a little cluttery but it was manageable to stare at. If it wasn’t for Sunny I would’ve never got greeted or got the kind service. Thank you Sunny. You are a great asset to this location. I’ll only return when you are. At least you’ll smile and say hi to me. Even the mean looking female African American manager who was on her computer didn’t say when I spoke to her. Maybe she thinks managing means looking mean and barking direction. Shrug. Glad the food is good!

Ask for Bobbi!!! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Bobbi. Our service was excellent from beginning to end. We ordered the number 7 with added eggs and I added broccoli. The drinks were delicious Bobbi made us and our food was absolutely fantastic. Definitely worth it and we will be back. Thank you Bobbi 😉

They’ve definitely started charging more for less. The portions were insanely small and for a “crab” place a lot of their specials don’t include the crab. They also rely heavily on the sauce that is just a boat load of seasonings and grease/ butter. If you get the seafood boils in a bag you do have the option to just get the sauce in the side and portion the salt content yourself which is what I opted for this time. The music was loud, but I did enjoy the playlist. I’ve been to this juicy location a few times before but I don’t think it’s as good as it used to be a few years ago. There are signs up everywhere with no refunds and final sale which is just a signal to customers that they aren’t very accommodating and flexible when issues with orders arise. My food was semi cold and some of my mussels weren’t/ wouldn’t open. I also didn’t appreciate the plastic paper cups for my drink when I was dining in that’s just so cheap and tacky. I think I just enjoyed my previous visits prior to this one because I always had a drink first but this time I opted out. I did not like that you couldn’t modify the specials as who wants a bowl with a bunch of crawfish or sausages when you come for the selling point of crab and crab specials. I have attached the old menu prices versus the new one. Edit: They do have a “B” food rating by the health department as well so please be mindful.

This is my first time trying this place and I was not disappointed in any way possible.
Soon as you walk to greet the Hostess, you will see plenty of celebrities on the wall with their names and the owners together. It’s nice and spacious. I saw large parties being seated so they have the space.
Once we were seated, we ordered our drinks and it took some time to finally get it. Our server made sure we updated on our drinks and I thought that was highly considerate of him.
When our appetizers arrived, we immediately love how it looked and smelled. Those steamed oysters with the Cajun seasoning were gone in 5 mins. I’m def getting 12 next time I go. My seafood boil was shrimps and sausages with corn in Cajun seasoning (hot) and I couldn’t eat it all. It makes for a great breakfast the next day.
The bathroom was clean and he a fantastic smell.
Parking is no problem and it can get busy around 7pm on a Saturday. Keep that in mind too.

So disappointed. Mid day with very little customers. We were seated and when the waitress came over her attitude was horrible when she asked what we were having. We instantly got up and left. I called the restaurant to report this lady but the boss seemed unconcerned about the troubled waitress. Will never return.

I ordered the chicken tender platter with fries an a order of popcorn shrimp. For the price of the popcorn shrimp it can’t be beat for the price. Just lacking seasoning along with the fries and tenders. The prices were great. Would return to try a boil bag.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m not a person to really do reviews but I definitely have time for this today. I just left this location first off the waitress with the dreads attitude was sooooo disgusting like miss I did not tell u to come do this job u chose to when I ordered my drink I specifically told her no vodka I want tequila remind u it was literally only myself n my bf and another couple in there so it wasn’t even busy for her to forget told her it was wrong she caught an attitude second I asked for a spoon and she walked pass twice and didn’t bring any I had to get up and get it myself NOW TO THE FOODDDDDD OMG MY FOOD HAD A PARASITE IN IT OMGGGG LITERAL BABY CRAB I HAD TO RUN TO THE BATHROOM A THROW IT UP I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ONE OF THE WORST SEAFOOD I EVER EAT IN AMERICA DONT EAT HERE IF I GET SICK I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER

Went to this Juicy crab in Fayetteville on
1-4-2026. Our server was name Shan. This young lady is one of the best server I’ve ever had, not just here but anywhere. We were quite needy, no just because. Heck it because we are older and we forget stuff lol. Yet, Shan W., service us with a kind spirit and not once gave off any type of energy that we were bothering her. She also was the same way with the other three tables she was serving. Gave Shan our order and she remembered EVERYTHING without writing anything down. The entire time there never had an empty glass. I hope the next visit she will be working I will definitely request to sit on her side. Thanks Shan for being such an amazing person

This location was disappointing. On a scale of 1–5, my experience earns a 2.5 at best.
The food was mediocre. The seasoning and butter were poorly mixed, leaving the boil overly greasy. I had to reheat the bag and shake it multiple times just to get the flavor distributed evenly. Portion sizes were inconsistent and did not align with the price being charged.
More concerning than the food was the lack of customer service. Hospitality should be a basic standard, yet it was largely absent. While the hostess greeted guests appropriately, I observed a customer placing a to-go order who was repeatedly ignored without any acknowledgment. A simple “someone will assist you shortly” would have been the bare minimum.
The restaurant was not busy, so there was no justification for the disengaged behavior from staff. I also witnessed a cashier hand a customer her order, then sit down in a booth and continue eating—without saying “have a good day,” “please check your order,” or offering any courtesy at all.
I understand that employees may be overwhelmed, inexperienced, or having an off day. However, none of these factors excuse poor service in a business setting. This type of environment discourages repeat customers and reflects weak management.
Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Good luck.
