Stopped in just to listen to Top Shelf band. Our waiter was amazing and was able to recommend food. We started with the artichoke dip and rhat had great flavor. I had the scallops and scampi shrimp, it had absolutely no flavor. Our table also had the filet mignon, it was so dry. Also had the prime rib, which ok. Overall, we had a great time with listening to the band and our server was fantastic but was extremely disappointed with the food for the price.

We got married at the Chart House on 9-26-25 and we could not have asked for a better wedding venue. When we toured it we knew instantly that it was the one. George and his team know what they are doing when it comes to weddings!
The ceremony space with the lake was so beautiful, the garden space made beautiful photos, the outdoor deck was great for cocktail hour, the inside of the reception space is beautiful and needs very little decor, the getting ready space was great for my large wedding party. I can’t say enough good things!
We received compliments after compliment from our guests. I highly recommend!

We were married on Friday 10 Oct 2025 here. We really couldn’t have had a better day! From start to finish, the entire Fab Weddings team for the Chart House was incredible. The communication throughout the planning process was fantastic, and everyone worked with us to bring all of our special touches to life. Even when a few small issues came up, they were right there to make things right.
The venue itself is beautifully maintained, the food was absolutely delicious, and the bartending (Ryan) kept everything running smoothly all night. George was with us from the moment we booked up to the wedding day — always responsive, supportive, and patient with every question. Lisa, our day-of coordinator, was so compassionate in the days leading up to the wedding and made sure we were taken care of all day long. Nathan helped with early setup and did a great job making sure everything looked perfect. DJ Ryan kept the energy up and the dance floor full all night!
We’re so thankful to the entire Fab Weddings team for making our wedding day everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend!

We got married at the Chart House on July 19th, and the day could not have gone better! George and Lisa were so helpful throughout the planning process, and Tammy and Lisa made sure the day was executed perfectly. The outdoor space is a beautiful backdrop for photos, cocktail hour and the ceremony, but there is plenty of space inside for dinner and dancing. We loved the easy flow between outside and inside, so guests could enjoy both spaces throughout the night. The food and staff was excellent. The Chart House was the perfect venue for us, and we can’t wait to come back for dinner, drinks, and live music!

Went there with local friends from Lakeville and had one of the best and juiciest burgers (Portobella Swiss burger)ever. Came pink as ordered. Weather was not the best (pouring rain), so we had to stay inside. Service was very fast and super friendly and that nice lady took her time for us, even though there was a big wedding party celebrating right next door to us and they all had a lot to do. Kudos to her and the entire staff, highly appreciated. Outside area to the lake must be nice, but as already mentioned, heavy rain kept us inside. Back home in Germany now and missing this place already.

Our food came late and in the middle of the show. My double Old Fashioned was watered down. The subsequent single was fine, but was missing the orange. At dinner, my steak was ordered as medium rare and came out medium WELL. Nearly inedible. Server offered to take it back, but I needed to eat. My steak was tasteless, with no apparent seasoning. Mashed potatoes and veggie medly were great. My wife loved her meal. We’ll return, but I won’t order steak again. Maybe the wife and I can share something else, or have a couple apps. Joe Flip is an awesome performer. Loved his show! Overall, not my greatest experience.

The Chart House was a beautiful venue with flexibility on decorations and wonderful vendors. Fab Weddings made the wedding planning process manageable, and even fun! They had vendor suggestions to help you get started figuring out who would help make your day amazing! The food was delicious, and the tasting allowed you to meet some of their suggested vendors while sampling from their extensive menu. We were nervous about choosing songs for the night, but our DJ had a great selection of songs, and got to know us to offer helpful selections for genres of music for dinner and our reception. He also made night run smoothly, and accommodated requests for songs.
