This McDonald’s is absolutely unacceptable. After waiting far too long, I finally received my order — and it was ice cold. The food was so poorly prepared that it was impossible to eat. There was no butter, the meal was completely dried out, and it felt like it had been sitting out for ages before being handed to me.
It is shocking that a global brand allows this kind of quality. The staff clearly didn’t care, and the complete lack of attention and effort is unbelievable.
I strongly urge management to take immediate action. Serving food in this condition is disrespectful to customers and shows a serious failure in basic standards.

I have to say the people working here and in the Drive-Thru were extremely rude! Cannot believe that they handed me the food just stared at me like I was an alien and shut the window in my face without even saying a word! McDonald’s you definitely need to work on your training!

I come here quite a bit, you will wait a long time even if it’s practically empty. I just waited 35 mins and got cold fries and 2 burgers that are cold and hard. The edges are like biting stone, like they’re burnt and the cheese is hard like it’s been sitting under the lamp…

If I could score this place a negative 5 star I would. We are from out of town and we’re hungry so we stopped at McDonald’s. A new girl was taking orders (we didn’t know at the time) we paid, got the receipt, noticed something was not right and told the woman (whom I will assume is the manager) and she said she would fix it. (I just didn’t want bacon on my quarter pounder when I asked for Big Mac sauce) was still charged for bacon. We were told to pull up and they would bring out the rest of our food. We WAITED a good bit of time (food was not hot when we got it) we didn’t get our sons drink so we inquired and the new girl went it came back out and said you don’t get a drink with the happy meal. YES YOU DO! I kindly explained that to the new girl. We waited about 10-15 min before my husband got out of the truck and went in. As he walked in she was talking crap but didn’t have the decency to walk out and speak to us, he showed the receipt and after argument he walked out with the drink (dumped it first and refilled it)
Now let me start by saying we ordered:
1 quarter pounder deluxe -no tom add Big Mac sauce (there was enough to put on 6 more sandwiches generously)
1 Fanta no ice
1mccrispy
1. Quarter pounder
1 med ff
1 chocolate shake (horrible)
1 kids cheeseburger meal pickle and cheese only
Extra ff
1 Dr Pepper no ice.
This isn’t a hard order and it takes quite literally NOTHING to be kind and fix a simple solution. We were more than happy to just pay for a drink until the attitude from whomever the lady was.
If you’re the owner reading this I truly think you need some new management or teach a manager how to be a manager.
And the poor new girl…shame on those managers for having you deal with a problem.

I waited 20 min for my curbside order then had to go ask for it. They handed it to me immediately and it was cold. So basically let i sit for 15 min. This happen almost every time. If any other fast food with a drive through opens in imperial they might not last long

Waited in the drive thru for 23 min to get up to the window, when the man said he with you in a minute. 7 minutes later he forgot to cut his drive thru line feed and he was pulling meat and deep frying nuggets, meanwhile while 15 cats were behind me waiting to order….close the restraunt down if you can’t staff if properly. I visited this location on 12/23/24 and here I am again disappointed with my service. I just left the drive thru and now making a poor review because they can’t follow simple instructions. I only ordered a double cheese burger with extra onions. I even said to the lady at the drive thru “can you please make sure they put extra onions on my burger because they didn’t last time and there wasn’t any on it at all” she said okay. This is the 3rd time this has happened and it’s very uncalled for even when there were only 2 cars in the lane including myself. I tried to give them a chance by visiting again a 3rd time. This location is the worst one I’ve ever been too. It sucks because this is the only place in imperial to get fast food. Don’t charge people extra money if you’re not going to add extra on the order!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would I’ve never met router employees or had slower service. They don’t speak to you. They don’t say hello goodbye thank you nothing the owner should be ashamed of the restaurant she has going there.

With the respect of an elder clerk man, the drive-thru clerk couldn’t get the order correctly, I was shouting on the speaker with the code, and he didn’t get it, he asked to take my order at the window, after I have reached the window, gave him another code after I lost the one with the offer, he was lazy punching another one or even welling or offered me to just punsh another order. It ended up he proceed with the wrong order he initially entered. It’s a horrible experience. He looks stressed and the other clerk who handed the food. Management should do something to provide better coffee experience.. coffee is always not hot
Conclusion:
1- A longer wait time on the drive-thru for just placing an order
2- I lost my offer duo to poor trained / unfriendly clerk
Sorry to say, It’s not a great look for mcdonald’s
