it was super cold and they had an amazing breakfeast quesadilla on special which i ordered along with this amazing hot chocolate. They were busy but didnt disappoint. Our male server was excellent and took good care of us. We had a great time and will be back to this location.

I gave one star due to the service lacking. I was the first one in this section with Karoltepe (waitress) I’m by myself. Others come in in pairs or more. She tends to all the others and walks around doing nothing in-between. Never came to refill my coffee or water. The other waiter brought me fresh coffee and water. I had to ask her for everything. Took my money but left dirty dishes at the table with me.

Always a good time. The staff work hard to make sure the customers are well taken care of. Orders just right and any needs they can provide met.
A bad meal experience is rare but on occasion it will happen to anyone. Rarely ever in 30+ years have I experienced a poor meal.
Of the many locations around the city this location is by far my favorite!
Drink service”coffee” was quick and plentiful. I actually turned down refills due to not having enough drank yet to add more. The girls were working hard at keeping everyon̈es cups full!

My husband and I have eaten here a few times because its close and convenient and we were hungry. Next time I’d rather go hungry. I feel like I just got robbed. We just paid $48 for egg beaters and a frozen waffle they slapped on the grill and heated up. Our service was good and I honestly felt bad for the servers because they are the ones who have to stand there and defend the deplorable food they’re asking you to pay for. Save your money and your time.

Portions are crazy HUGE (good thing). Flavor lacking; the “seasoned” home fries had zero seasoning. I had the egg white omelette w/ “smoked turkey”(cheap deli meat). Had a funny taste along with NO seasoning. The mixed fruit was not mixed fruit at all. Just honey dew and cantaloupe. Service was good and the restaurant was clean but really could use some improvement. There were a few flies and the silverware was dirty. Pancakes were cooked to perfection though. Lots of options. Visiting from Dallas. Won’t ever return.

This was a horrible experience. Regardless of the newness of our waitress, there no excuse for how awful our meal was. After 20 minutes, we still did not have drinks or silverware. When we were finally brought our drinks, I had nothing for my coffee… no spoon, no creamer, no sweetener. Sadly we were one of six tables experiencing the same thing. Our waitress constantly disappeared and would not come back with what we asked for. The state of the building itself is appalling. The bathrooms feel like something out of a horror movie. We love Jimmy’s Egg, but this felt more like a dirty Denny’s in the bad part of the city. We will NEVER be back here.

Seat yourself place, which is terrible for servers.
Appears to be short staffed, I could identify two servers and 8 tables each. This really cut into our experience and expectations others shared with us. I feel bad for the poor girl, she forgot some items we requested but only cause she needs help. Hope they get some extra hands soon.
