Very disappointed with this location. My son wanted to try the Five nights at Freddy’s deal and ordered drive thru with a side of cheese curds. My son got his meal.. and checked for my side of cheese curds .. they were not in the bag. Told the girl I was missing my curds ..and she said they come with the meal.. I said no, those are his that come with his meal but I also ordered a side of cheese curds. She asked for my receipt, closed the window then after a few minutes she handed me a bag. I said thank you and drove off never checked the bag.. My son opened the bag and this is what I got!! It came with a parchment sheet inside balded up and the curds were on top, and when he took it out this is how much curds were there!! Very disappointed cause its always something with this location!!! We won’t be coming back to this location ever again.. too many disappointments with them!!!

They’re never doing their job right. I sat at the window for over 5 mins watching this women on her phone. And prior to that, 5 minutes at the drive through board. I had to knock on the window for them to notice and start doing their jobs.

My family recently ate here. Chicken was tasty and fries had a great spice to them – unfortunately it all had the feel that it had been under a great lamp for a while. Since this was around 6pm, that’s probably not a good sign. The employee who meet us at the counter – after several minutes of not being acknowledged – was complaining to other employees that someone else hadn’t done it and didn’t seem too happy to be at work.

Food was ok, but I probably won’t be back to this location. Maybe you’ll have better luck?

I passed by at 10:10 pm they didn’t even wanna drop fries cause they were about to close in 50 minutes. Almost an hr until close . Lazy. Horrible service at that, I said could I have a second please through the speaker and the girl responded “ummmmmm” like if I was on HER time. She kept making me repeat what I ordered cause she count hear me but I heard my echo so I know she heard me . I drove up to th window to hopefully be able to order there since they couldn’t hear me . The girl at the window WAS NOT HELPFUL . I ended up saying nevermind and took my money else where. not sure how they’re still open . Never will be back . Please stay away from this popeyes.

The chicken is good, but the service is horrible.
This was the 5th time I’ve been to this location. The 1st time, I was doing a taste test between Popeyes and Churches. Popeyes won by a longshot.
The 2nd time, I asked if they had any deals, and was told about one for $6.00 plus some change. When I went back about a week later, was told they hadn’t had that deal for a while. The next time I went, I had the app up and a deal on for chicken. I read out the details to the person at the drive thru, but he kept saying he had to have a code. There was no code. So I ended up getting a 10 piece family meal that was on the board. I told him no wings. Instead of replacing the wings with other chicken, they only put 8 pieces in the box. After I got home and noticed 2 pieces missing, I called and told the manager (he said his name was Osmond, or something like that). He told me to bring in my receipt and they would replace the order, plus add something for my inconvenience. That brings me to the trip today, for the replacement. When I walked in, the employees were arguing about whose turn it was. I was the only customer at the counter, but nobody acknowledged me for about one minute. When I explained what happened with the last order, the older woman working was going to only replace the 2 pieces. I let her know what the manager said. She didn’t want to do that, and yelled into the office to someone named Chris. She went to talk to him, then seemed upset that they were replacing the 10 pieces, instead of 2. She kept complaining, and went to the area where they cook the food. When the other woman gave me the food, I asked her what the manager meant by, “adding something extra for the inconvenience”. The older woman got upset and told me that the 10 piece meal was the something extra. She said that they were giving me twenty dollars worth of food, for the 2 pieces. She was acting really upset. It was horrible customer service. I didn’t expect to have everything replaced, it’s what the manager had told me they would do. I only told them what he said over the phone. Then she treated me like I was doing something wrong. She was so rude. Before I left, said that she really must not like her job (not my best moment), and she got upset and (in an angry voice) said she loved her job. I shouldn’t have said that to her, I know. The other woman asked me if I needed any hot sauce or honey. I felt bad for her, working with the woman with a bad attitude.
Something to know about Popeyes, at least at this location, is that even though it’s still on the menu, the Dirty Rice (I think that’s what it’s called) isn’t available.
Also, I ordered Spicy Chicken, but the replacement chicken was not spicy.

I called BEFORE MY ORDER was picked up to make sure my pepper was in the bag and my sweet heat sauce ! I have the incorrect sauce and my pepper was not in the bag ! After SHE told me they got everything!! really bad customer SERVICE !! I don’t even understand how that’s POSSIBLE IF I SPOKE TO SOMEONE BEFORE HAND
