This is what a well-run restaurant looks like. The staff is working on point and the location looks clean. The restaurant is bright and airy and it is perfectly clean. The drink machine has all the drinks available. I repeat, the drink machines has all the drinks available, you do not see that all that often. It’s easy to find because the restaurant is right there by the gas station. Highly recommend, I wish the Wendy’s in Arlington were run this efficiently but no, I could seriously eat here all the time. The hamburger was so fresh and the bacon very crispy. The fries and nuggets were excellent. Whoever owns this restaurant should take over the ones in Arlington. I would eat at a lot more Wendy’s locations if they were run this well. 5 out of 5 stars for this location!

They had me pull forward after paying. Nobody else behind me the whole time, I waited 8 minutes then reversed. Food came right up. I taste a fry and it was cold, which was disappointing considering the wait. It’s 9pm and there’s at least 7 workers inside and I’m the only customer around so not sure what the wait was for, nobody bothered explaining anything to me. Anyway I asked for fresh fries and the guy handed me another order of cold stale fries. Very disappointed in the poor customer service at this location. However, the spicy chicken sandwich was straight please keep up the good work with that

Idiots don’t know how to pack a bag.I made it six steps from the car and it fell apart lost all the food on the ground. Also, failed to give me my fries with my combo meal. Tried to call and complain the phone.Just rings in rings in rings. I advise people to stay far away from this place.

Girl at the window was super rude, I asked what my total was she said 5 dollars and took my card I told her there was no way because I had ordered food for an entire family and so she turned around and shut the window still taking my card she opens the window I asked what the total was AGAIN she still did not tell me and continued to charge my card without telling me the total and handed it back and gave me the receipt. When I asked for a drink carrier the girl gets loud with me and says “FOR ONE DRINK?!” (I had ordered 4) so I told her yes because I ordered 4 meals and another girl behind her asks what’s wrong I told her what I ordered and said I am supposed to get 4 drinks she says yes so the original girl steps in front of her and says THANK YOU rude and loud and slams the window, after they had me pull up and wait they gave me the food I stayed parked to check it and the SAME rude girl proceeds to come back outside and yells at my car “DO YOU NEED TO COME IN??” But my window was up so I ignored her and she went back in. They gave us 3 wrong drinks and our food was horrible and cold. I tried to call so I could come back to get the correct drinks but no one will answer, this Wendy’s needs to learn some customer service.

I came here at number 3052. Wendy’s in lake Worth, TX. I ordered a biggie bag that supposed to be crispy chicken BLT. What does a BLT consist of? Bacon, lettuce and tomato right? Yeah, well, look below at my pictures. I didn’t get that on this chicken. Anywho. Got a small blueberry pomegranate lemonade. The nuggets barbecue sauce. Here at 6348 Lake Worth boulevard. The host was Nicole and the cashier was Ja’korian. I went back. They gave me again a bacon double stack instead of the chicken and still time to run and give me the wrong chicken. Becuse this is a regular chicken crispy Chicken Sandwich, that’s overcooked. I suggest I’ll find another Wendy’s or just ask for everything fresh. Not someone who don’t know how to hear what you say to fix what you say and give you what you say and give you what you said.

I picked up an order of 2 large chilis. The employee had an attitude when I asked if they were out of onions when I noticed they were missing from my order. Also there is no meat in the chili and it is not even hot enough to melt the cheese. I noticed the problem after I left and didn’t have time to go back to get it corrected. So my money was wasted. This is not the first time I have had problems with this location. Last time I was charged for cheese and didn’t get it.
