Slow service rude cashier she just had a snobby attitude for no reason took almost 40 minutes for a four item order, a lot of the drinks from the fountain drink area where dirty and didn’t even have a sign saying they where out…blue Powerade isn’t supposed to be brown guys. Burger also came out extremely messy with mayonnaise all over the box and burger last time I checked it’s not hard to open a burger and squirt some sauce in the middle without making it look like a diddy party.

Ordered sausage biscuit with unsweet ice tea. She didn’t give me a drink cup but then I saw the drink cup roll away cup holder. Sausage biscuit was pipping hot just the way I like it and tasted really good.
As must of my followers know a restaurant’s restrooms ways heavy on the rating I give. Restrooms are cleaned after kitchen is caught up. This MCD has a marginal Mens restroom that had an over powering urine smell.
Most dinning room tables were wiped clean but they must of used to much disinfectant chemicals or the rag was to wet because there was a heavy residue coating on table tops.
The floors were slippery, sticky, and mushy because the wrong mop was used or old dirty mop water. Generally when you see that type of floor someone used the kitchen mop to mop the dinning room so the kitchen floor grease gets spread across the dinning room floor.
The food tray looked as if the same rag used on the tables was used to clean the food trays. The tray had a coating on it and wasn’t really clean of food.

Be careful ordering the quarter pounder from here. Ordered two the first one has meat they use for the Big Mac the second one had the right meat but completely raw. Tried calling no answer. You’re lucky I didn’t order it for my kid!!! Not being dramatic here’s a picture.

This place is to hit-or-miss anymore. When I go through there, I either encounter the most nicest and patient people or the most rudest and inpatient. People that there is when I tell you my last experience. I dealt with somebody who was so rude. And so impatient that I literally was almost overstimulated to the point that I about left or caused a scene. Then, after the fact the irritating order situation happened.The person wanted to be extremely rude through the window.Take my card, slam the window door and then give me hand gestures through the window and then wanna stand there and stare at me in a rude manner. Woman or not old me would have attempted to snatch that nappy red hair off your head. Glad I’ve grown up because my 18 year old brother would have a side of me he’s never seen before.

The McDonald’s in Harrisonville, MO is. By far the nastiest one I’ve ever been to. Was there 30 min ago with my wife and 5 yr old daughter. No other customers were in the lobby. There wasn’t a clean table anywhere. Trash all over the floor. Trash overflowing. Ice in the soda fountains wasn’t working so we had to drink warm soda. And while we were placing our order on the kiosk that was covered with what I’m assuming was snot, the African-American girl behind the counter was carrying a conversation with another employee cussing up a storm. My 5 yr daughter was present… Not acceptable behavior for a family oriented restaurant. Definitely won’t go back to that one.

This may be the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The order was correct but the fries were completely limp, almost no salt. They tasted like they had been cooked in old oil and left sitting out. The middle of the large fries had become one giant lump of potato.

Absolutely godawful. I am so disgusted I will never go there again. I order 2 quarter pounders and a large fry. The quarter pounders are alright I guess but the fries weren’t even half full. And there weren’t any in the bag they just didn’t fill it up all the way. I paid for a large fry and got about what is in a kids fry. Then I notice a black speck. Upon closer inspection I realize it is a BUG! Terrified, I look through each fry and even notice a leg on one of the other fries. Absolutely disgusting. They honestly need to be shut down by the health inspector because nobody should ever have to find a bug in their food. I called and no answer. Outrageous
