First time coming here and it was a great experience. Our server Forrest was super friendly and attentive! The steak fries here are sooooo good! We got burgers, both of which were good, the royal Red Robin and the madlove. We also got sides of Mac and cheese and broccoli and those tasted good. We came around 4:30 and it was pretty quiet, not too busy.

Excellent experience for my first time trying it. The food was nice and hot. The customer service was amazing. Out food was out in no time and cooked perfect. The mixed drinks are a hit too. Appetizers were a 10.

Let me start by saying the staff was great. Very kind, patient, and friendly they were amazing. It’s been a while since I have been to a Red Robbin.. all I can say is.. The food is ok at best.. The fountain drinks had a weird taste to them, and for 5 meals and bread twists, WAS $114. Of course, I could have done the math and figured that out, but I was truly surprised. It’s not worth the price. You can literally go anywhere else and get better food for much cheaper.. Again the staff is amazing!

Hostess: 4/10 (Very poor welcome. The person was overly stressed and the place was empty. There was also a very ugly argument between two bar staff members.)
Waitress: 15/10 (Andrew was very nice, very attentive, and knows how to do his job.)
Food & Drinks:
Beer: 10/10 (They have a variety of drafts.)
Cheese with Chorizo: 15/10 (We ordered it as an appetizer, and it was very good.)
Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich: 8/10 (Good) (The only thing I Personally, I don’t like fruit in food, a personal choice, although the sandwich without the pineapple was good.
**Scorpion Burger: 15/10. It was very good, the blend of flavors. The only thing is that I always order medium rare, and they brought it to me medium.
Cleanliness of the place and the utensils: 0/10 (the chairs were sticky, the floor was dirty, as if they hadn’t cleaned it from the day before, as there were dried breadcrumbs or perhaps remnants of croutons, and the walls were quite damaged.

Forrest made our Red Robin experience more than spectacular! He was incredibly attentive, genuinely kind, and made us feel so well taken care of from start to finish. Service like this makes all the difference—thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

My grandfather brought his daughter and grand daughter in for dinner. Allen was AMAZING. He had a great personality and told our granddaughter about gluten free options. Her meal came out very fast and the others too. We will be back!

We stopped in for dinner and requested a booth. The 2 hostesses talked among themselves went to ask a server if she could sit us. In which they declined, then we were almost taken to a table with people already at it. When the hostess decided a half table/half booth was close enough to our request. We sat for about 5 mins while servers and the manager discussed who was taking our table. A server not assigned to the section served us. Our server was attentive and did well. The server who was in our section (took all other tables sat in our area) was eating while taking an order.not really surprised because the manager was also eating on the floor. Our appetizer was completely saturated with oil. It was so cold in the restaurant that multiple tables wore their winter coats while eating. The staff was more focused on tables they knew rather than taking care of all customers. My husband and i grew up in the industry, my husband is still in it. It was obvious that we inconvenienced them tonight. It will be awhile before we come back.

Great quality food and excellent service. We had a great experience. Our waiter, Freddie, was very attentive and friendly. Not only did he ensure that our drinks never went empty, but, it was a busy Saturday night and the kitchen was a little overwhelmed so Freddie brought out extra sides to help pass the time.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the deliciousness of my burger! The last time I had a Red Robin burger it was ok, however the one I had yesterday was full of flavor! I had the Smoke and Pepper burger and it was delicious! My wife and daughter had the Whiskey River BBQ burger which they enjoyed. I look forward to going back and trying the Smoke and Pepper to make sure it’s not a fluke.

Forrest is an *incredible* server. He is so kind, so attentive, and so generous.
He makes you feel so special. He is so welcoming and checks in often!!! He also is quick to top off bottomless drinks and sides, and is always offering more. I cannot express how great he is.

Red Robin is the only restaurant I’ve eaten at for months. The Big Yumm deal is what makes the food affordable enough for my budget, and it tastes delicious!!! You can get a better tasting burger, better service, and more bang for your buck at Red Robin than any other restaurant around. If they take away the Big Yumm deal, I won’t be able to afford it anymore. So keep it up!
