Absolutely LOVE Sauce Belly.
Whether we’re talking about the food, family, or customer service. They’re all phenomenal. They strive to make everything perfect for their customers & if something is wrong, they fix it. Their food is fresh, delicious, and SAUCY. It’s so nice to see a husband and wife working so closely together, and doing it well.
All four of the family members are personable, helpful, and all around awesome!
Tyler always knows my name, Brittany always helps me figure out what I should try next on the menu (so sad she’s on maternity leave right now, but also happy she’s taking all the time to cuddle their new addition), and Lani and Dave GET IT DONE!!

The food is absolutely delicious and they will definitely take care of you. If there’s something that you’re allergic to or just don’t like let them know because they will make your food so that you can definitely enjoy 110%
Service husband and wife team who are preparing the most delicious food in a little teeny tiny food truck. Prices are reasonable but honestly I would pay a lot more because the quality of the food is amazing.
It’s a food truck so you don’t expect much atmosphere but I have to say this little food truck has so much atmosphere because of the people who own it.

The Saucy Fries add steak are awesome!! The fresh cut French fries are perfection. The Baja shrimp tacos are my new obsession. They have a good heat to them. Their food is full of flavor and they don’t skimp on the sauce! Definitely worth trying- you won’t be disappointed

This was my first time hearing and trying Sauce Belly!! The food was AMAZING! I got their spicy ranch saucy fries and 3 of their chicken tacos baja style. The woman, i didn’t catch her name, took great care of me on my order. I was asking if they had hot sauce, cause i love spicy. and she told me they can make my food spicy, they just dim it down for the general population. and let me tell you, THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!! the spicy ranch had a wonderful kick where i could eat a good amount before finally need water LOL. and the chicken tacos were piledddd with chicken, onions, and so much cilantro. definitely don’t stinge out on their portions! if you are ever in the same vicinity as this food truck, you would be MISSING OUT to not try them. i’m happy i did OMG I ALMOST FORGOT, their caramel filled churros are SCRUMPTIOUS! warm, crispy churro with a soft caramel inside

Love Sauce Belly’s fusion tacos. Wish they had a permanent establishment here in Tyler because I think my husband and I would probably be visiting weekly!
