DON’T GO HERE!!! I’m beyond disappointed every time. I ordered a Dave’s Double meal and got home to find a completely different, sloppy sandwich I didn’t order (can’t eat what they gave me either). The fries were old, cold, and barely filled the container. This place is a total waste of money. Every single visit is the same…long waits, missing menu items, flat sodas that taste like carbonated water, and wrong or poorly made food. Workers don’t know what they are doing. Whoever runs this location seriously needs to step up or get fired, because the quality and service are unacceptable. I’m done with this place.

My family was in town visiting me from out of state. We decided to order fast food from this particular Wendy’s as it was close to home. Mind you I had never ordered from this Wendys before. We each wrote down what we wanted and my sister went to go pick it up. When she returned with the food we were in shock. Both my mother and my sister ordered chicken salads and it was half full, hardly any chicken at all and the greens were soggy. They had also ordered french fries like I did that were cold and half full. For the amount of money that we paid this is just awful! For this reason I will never return to this place again. I definitely DO NOT recommend anyone to order food from here. The prices are ridiculous and the food is horrible! I don’t mind paying the extra money, but come on! cold, soggy food and half full. No utensils, no napkins, no nothing! Not even a thank you!

Within the last two weeks my orders have been entirely incorrect. The stickers for my orders clearly say what food to make and somebody must not know how to read as ive gotten the entirely wrong sandwich before and even today on my order. I’ve regularly had issues with orders being even mildly correct. Ordered a triple baconator and ended up with a Dave’s triple instead. Also ordered another triple baconator with no bun and there was ZERO bacon. Not on either part of my order. Ordered and paid for two baconators and didn’t get anywhere near the correct burger. The staff is pleasant, but the orders are consistently wrong. Please fix this as I just want to eat what I paid for.

Ima tell you right now I just ordered food there for me and my kids they didn’t give me one of my meals however it couldn’t of been my fault I didn’t wait maybe I was going to get another bag I don’t know.. anyways I got home a couple minutes later and realized I didn’t have my sons meal so I called and let me remind you I’m really sick right now and wasn’t even mad I was just having a hard time talking and Lilly answered the phone I think she was the manager she said can you come back and I said yes I can I’m only a couple minutes away.. then we get there and the guy Ryan already knew exactly what I was there for I didn’t have to explain myself or anything he put it down and even had my sons meal better.. so even so I had to come back for it, it was worth it and i appreciate how nice and professional the staff was because I didn’t expect that honestly so I had to make it my business to leave a review and put a shot out to Lilly and Ryan that are awesome workers and I hope they get a raise and recognized that they are amazing people and workers and actually care..

I had ordered here thru UberEats, and the food that I got was ridiculously subpar!!! The “strawberry” lemonade they gave me was DARKKK pink, compared to its usual light pink. It tasted like sad flavored seltzer water you get from a dollar store. Every fry was somehow undercooked yet burnt, and also soggy. I do not know how one manages to mess up the quality of the food THIS bad.

It’s a shame my kids love Wendy’s but I really try not to go here. They must be really short staffed because the wait time on line at the drive thru is atleast 45 minutes . I went this last time and at least they didn’t forget anything which is the usual.
Went back today because my granddaughter wanted Wendy’s. I tried the fish sandwich and sorry to say I was very disappointed. It was paper thin and over cooked so it was very dry. Not doing that again.

UPDATE 4/24:
This Wendy’s location has improved from my original review. Especially with regards to time to complete orders. Wait times are very reasonable now. They still have a high rate of leaving items off of sandwiches which still needs to be improved. However the managers and staff are always willing to make things right when brought to their attention.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Has to be the absolute slowest Wendy’s anywhere. Doesn’t matter if you go inside to the counter or use the drive-thru. I always use the mobile app to preorder but that has no advantage at this location. You will still end up waiting forever. Tonight I placed my mobile order using the app. When I arrived there were about 12 cars in the DT and inside was locked. The wait in line just to get to the speaker box to let them know I was picking up a mobile order took 21 minutes. The wait from there to get to the pickup window and get my food was an additional 10 minutes. So 31 minutes just to make it through the drive-thru for a Single burger. If this were a rare occurrence that would be one thing, however this is the Norm at this Wendy’s. The real kick in the nuts after waiting 31 minutes, I took a bite into my Single and it was completely cold, and they also forgot to put on the Tomato and Mustard. Thanks for nothing Wendy’s Broadway, I guess at least you are consistent. Consistently terrible.
