I came into Panera bread to dine in and eat my food like a regular person, my boyfriend went to ask for a fountain drink at the front counter. When I over heard her repeatedly telling him that your drink is over your drink is over there ..! When he simply just asked for a cup I believe she can improve her customer service with customers , after that happen i witness her giving a cup to a couple ? but yet when my boyfriend asked nicely he received bad service?- didn’t catch her name she’s african american , red dreads, gold cover tooth, height 5’4 dark black eyes , … we never had a issue coming here never coming back again ……

I had a few minutes so I went in for a quick bite. I used the kiosk and ordered. A cup of mac and cheese and a half turkey sandwich. Both were good but I only wish the mac and cheese was hot instead of barely warm. It was 23° and I wanted some comfort food! Besides that, everything was fine.

I had placed an order through the Panera app and doordash was the delivery service and unfortunately my dasher stole my food. I called the store and a sweet woman answered my call and Mari the manager was so sweet and understanding. They made everything right and cared for my feelings and situation! Thank you to your team!

I placed my order of Fuji Apple Chicken salad through the app. It was ready to pick up in 5 minutes! But upon arriving at home and opening the bag I found there wasn’t a single bite of apple (or apple chips) in the whole salad! That’s the problem with picking up and not eating there I guess. The problem with an order won’t get fixed!! The workers need to be reminded to always check the order before sealing the bag shut!

I’ve been here twice in the last 3 weeks and ordered the same thing (a chipotle chicken, egg, & avocado on ciabatta). It’s barely warm and missing ingredient’s. Where is the egg? Where is the chicken? Why does it look like cat food? Whats the point in spending money at these places anymore? Ordered at 7am there was no rush.

Dear Panera Team,
I would like to share my frustration regarding my order today. I received a text message stating that my order was ready, but when I arrived it was not. This caused unnecessary waiting, and I don’t understand why I was notified before it was actually prepared.
When I finally picked up the order and reviewed it, I noticed that one of the sandwiches was missing. If I hadn’t checked before leaving, I would have arrived home with nothing for one of my sons. I then had to wait again while the missing sandwich was made. By the time we finally got home, the soups were cold, and the entire family was disappointed.
Additionally, one of the side items I received was a broken slice of bread tossed into the bag. There were no napkins or spoons included, which made the experience even worse. The presentation and service were far below what I expect from Panera.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I left feeling frustrated and unhappy. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that customers receive accurate notifications, complete orders, and properly packed food in the future.
