The ambiance of the restaurant is peaceful and family-friendly, and the staff was very polite and quick in service. I loved how clean and well-maintained the dining area was.
If you’re a pizza lover in Bahawalpur, Zarqoon Restaurant is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended for a casual dinner or weekend hangout.
I dont know about other items butt bead was not cooked properly and tasteless,
Atmosphere was good one thing more staff was not aware of that how to keep maintain costumers privacy, they are standing near to our table after serving untill we ask him to
Leave,i also experience sehri buffet in this restaurant,it was good experience food quality was good and items are also sufficient,
The staff was unresponsive, there was no proper customer care, and the refilling system was poorly managed. On top of that, they charged tax and service fees without clearly informing us.
Overall, a very bad experience. Not recommended at all.
Had an aftari booking yesterday with my family. Unfortunately, it felt less like a dining experience and more like a survival challenge.
The restaurant was clearly overbooked. As soon as the buffet opened, it turned into a stampede. We waited a few minutes for the rush to settle, only to find most items already finished. Desserts were empty, snacks disappeared within seconds, and replenishment (promised in “2 minutes”) lasted barely one.
The few items we managed to get were cold and below average. The main course, unfortunately, was also cold and tasteless. Staff response was indifferent, and multiple customers were visibly frustrated.
If capacity management isn’t possible, overbooking shouldn’t be either. Aftari is a family experience, not a survival competition for food.
We eventually left and had to eat elsewhere.
Very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all!
A special mention goes to Manager Yousaf Siddique, who made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. He was extremely professional, attentive, and courteous, constantly checking in to ensure all guests were comfortable and satisfied. His dedication and hospitality truly made a difference and elevated the entire dining experience.
Highly recommended.
You can see the broast was not properly cooked. Also, the taste was very bad and the quantity they said full is for 3 people’s but in my opinion full is only for 1 person.
And talk about the zinger burger. The chicken was hard to chew than we asked, and they replaced it, but the still chicken was very bad …
The only good thing about zarqoon is the ambience.
