Never felt the need to put in a review for any food place until tonight. My food was waiting for TWO. HOURS. Called and checked on an update and was told that they initially didn’t have it. Asked to speak with manager and she was absolutely horrible. Asked nicely for a refund due to the extensive wait time. It’s understandable during a busy night, but two hours?!? Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location if you’re looking to be treated like a guest with humanity and kindness. Again, understandable, but to not be flexible and understanding is nuts.

I remember every time I go into one of the restaurants, everyone is welcoming. I have not encountered any employee in any store who was not. The food is great, and I love the ones I usually order. The only reason I lowered a star is because of certain preferences in taste. I do wish some sauces would be less spicy, so I would be able to try more than the ones I usually choose.
All in all, thank you for your wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. I always enjoy ordering and spending time at your restaurants!

I’ve gotten takeout, dine-in, and delivery. Barely a pleasant experience, and I’ve gone here multiple times in a ten year span.
The food? It is not very good. I once had a salad that came with a fly. They may have offered a refund, but the fly was dead so they should have noticed the big black bug on the lettuce. Besides that, the boneless wings taste horrible. They are dry, pasty, and the only taste can only be described as unnatural. Only once did I have a decent sandwich, but it would be a disgrace to the culinary craft to mess up a chicken sandwich.
Also I was waiting here for 5-10 minutes with absolutely no service in an empty restaurant.
The only redeeming quality this place has is a decently nice atmosphere and the kind employees. The only thing that makes this restaurant pleasant to be in is the iPads for kids, but I don’t think they even have that anymore.
I am not happy with this place and they do not deserve more than 2 stars.
Update: I came back, the wings were not warm and the cakes we ordered were stale and bland. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if the wings were being kept warm by the heat lamps since this morning and the cakes taste and look like they’ve been frozen for three months.
The fries were barely even good and couldn’t even save the meal.

Very friendly staff. Our server was good. I typically love my food. I decided to try their new Pork Street Tacos the other day. They had good flavor – only a bit too spicy. However, after only eating one I started developing a severe stomach ache. The tacos were also much smaller than what I expected. The fried pickles were decent, but I’ve had much better.

I ordered boneless wings with three different sauces, and the order was completely inconsistent. Half of the wings were nearly dry with barely any sauce, while the others were drenched so heavily that the takeout box was literally soggy, especially from the lemon pepper wings. On top of that, the wings themselves were ridiculously small, almost all breading with hardly any meat, and they were tough and unpleasant to eat. It was honestly disgusting and was a total waste of money. I won’t be returning.

Shout out to my man Cory. He’s a newer server coming from warehouse work. He was very nice and helpful while taking care of me and my family. He still learning the serving ways and from a former server I know he did his best to ensure we were ok and taken care of. When he wasn’t sure he said he’d go and ask someone so he can get us what we wanted. He was very polite and thanked us for being patient and that right there showed me he actually cared about what he’s doing. Definitely deserved the 40 percent tip.

Don’t waste your money on the 20 piece traditional wings. They loaded the spices, possibly because there is almost no meat on these wings. $28 wasted. The mozzarella sticks were good.
