Burger was really small for a Dave’s baconator. Was also cold and was drowned in mayo and ketchup. The fries were fresh. But only because I ordered them extra crispy. I won’t be back.

I wish they had a negative star for this review..We should have read the reviews before stopping in. The lobby was disgusting Every table was dirty and the sun was setting so you can see it on all the tables, when we ordered there were 4 people talking behind the register looking at us lost and 1 girl suddenly appears and shes the one who took our order, I asked her if she could clean a table for us and she said yes….we placed our order she came around to clean the table after our food was given to us which I should mention the fries were brown/black and I know its from dirty oil I have worked fast food. They also got my burger wrong. She saw us eating and did not bother to clean our table and proceeded to ACT like she cleaned 2 of them left all other tables dirty, smells bad in their lobby and its ironic they have the wendys promise of quality food as u walk in on the wall…what a joke…. so beware

I placed my order through the mobile app. I got here after 7 min. No one is behind or in front of me. They have me sitting here, waiting for my food for 10min. I finally get my order. Nothing is correct. Its seriously NOT HARD TO READ or follow direction. I made it sooooo easy by ordering through the app. Top it off, food got cold, they are not short or employees, and it was practically empty with 2 customers inside, by the time i left. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. This is the 5th time they messed up my order.

Why would you serve an old nasty chicken sandwich. Stop being cheap, throw it away, and make a fresh sandwich. Don’t let it sit on the warmer all day!
I just took a bite of a classic chicken sandwich, and it was nasty like it was sitting out in the warmer all day. The sandwich was absolutely disgusting, and I had to spit it out. French fries were good. Also, don’t try to serve soda if the soda machine is broken. No one wants nasty soda. Food was purchased on 10/3/23 around 7:20 pm. The owners of this place were not cut out to run a franchise.

Very poorly ran ,very dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting . I can’t believe a single patty baconator costs 7 dollars.you get a crappy little piece of bacon with a patty and cheese on a smashed bun with some ketchup and mustard.atleast McDonald’s is 3 bucks and you get green chillies 2 patties and onions.worst burger ever.I will never eat here agine.I will tell all my family and friends how crappy Wendy’s has gotten.do sad I used to love Wendy’s too.

Been coming here since 2018 a couple times a year for the fries and Frosties. Limited time Orange Frosties were advertised so naturally, we had to snag a couple. We used drive-thru at 115pm on a Friday, 5 cars moved through quickly, we got fresh fries and fast service. Sometimes their fries have been not so fresh but 80% of the times we visit, everything is fine. Prices have gotten crazy but that’s pretty much across the map of fast food places who don’t pay their workers fairly yet keep jacking up the prices to make their millions. Los Lunas Wendy’s workers were efficient and friendly, food was served fast, order was fine/as expected. Murka!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at any Wendy’s I’ve ever gone to. Very sad .
The baked potatoes were small and honestly I don’t think they were baked today maybe yesterday or the day before they were definitely old. I ordered the new ghost nuggets to try them and the sauce was horrible extremely oily and no heat or spice. We decided to eat inside which was a mistake because there were so many flies. And I mean a lot maybe over a dozen flies over our table the entire time we were eating. I took a video and posted it.
We were very disappointed and probably will not go back to this Wendy’s location.
