What a lovely place. Food was great! I couldn’t decide what I wanted so I got The best of BYC! One slice of Tiki Toast™ slice of Crunchy French Toast and one Cinna-Cake. I’ve to say that surprisingly, Cinna-Cake was the best! Orange juice was good too. My server Juan was the kindest soul ever, he made the visit worth it! Atmosphere was so nice, everyone so kind. I love that I choose this place for my first San Diego breakfast!

The wife and I stopped her for breakfast before heading back home to Arizona. She had the meat lovers skillet and I had the French toast. The food came out fast, hot and absolutely delicious! The service was excellent! We will be coming back here next time we are in town.

Loved our brunch at the Point Loma Broken Yolk Cafe! Delicious food and always a relaxing vibe with indoor and dog friendly outdoor seating. Great tasting chai tea latte and iced mocha latte. We enjoyed the sope benedict and smoked salmon avocado toast for entrees. Very friendly and accommodating service. Recommend!

First time here. Very impressed.
Loved the food, great quality ingredients, loved the service. This place race circles around Uhop, Demmys, and Waffle home combined. I seemed already forgotten those other places.

Our server Savannah was awesome. Service was excellent. Wife’s French toast was huge. Friends pancakes were big. Friends Benedict was ok. My chicken fried steak was void of any flavor.

Get ready to enjoy a very delicious meal that is proportioned with extreme generosity. We ordered few meals here and we all left with big smiles on our faces and happy tummies. Staff are super and service and food are unbeatable. Highly recommend!!

It’s really disappointing that broken you’ll just doesn’t take pride in it’s restraint food or service! The prices are absolutely ridiculous for what you get. And often Denny’s taste so much better. This is literally a block away from where I just moved and was excited tosee how convenient it was but the prices for the absolutely basic bland food that all came out at separate times. How you can ot sub things only add. I got the waffle with bananas and whip cream which is about $18 and I wanted hash browns and sausage. So my waiter said get the combo it’s only $2 more so I agreed and said can I sub my eggs for hash browns and my server said no it would be an upcharge and I said, “can you tell me why it’s an upcharge when eggs are much more expensive than potatoes “that come out of a box anyway.,” he didn’t understand the question and just ignored me and asked if it would be ok and I said, “that’s fine.” When I got my food. My scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked and much later when I got my hashbrowns about 10 minutes into the rest of my food, they were extremely greasy and rediculously bland no salt or seasoning at all. Then I asked my partner how his food was? He ordered the chicken and waffles which is about $20 as well with three little chicken nugget style pieses of chicken and he said that his chicken had no flavor also. I ate about half of my bland food that with two oj’s costjust under $60 total. Never again, the pricees and most basic no taste food has ruined my impression of Broken told. Please don’t waste your time or hard earned $$$ on this place!!!! Go to McDonald’s down the street. You know what your getting, your hashbrowns is salted and with a drink you’ll spent $25 for two people. The sit down and mediokee service(at best) wasn’t worth the extra $35.
