I ordered the spicy tenders to try it out. The appearance compared to the advertisements was a let down, but the tenders themselves were flavorful and cooked perfectly. It looks like they seasoned one side of the tenders and didn’t toss them so it was seasoned unevenly. I also got an oreo shake that was priced fairly and was delicious.

The chicken is really good if you can get it hot and fresh…the sauces are also very good…but you have to pay for extra sauce as you only get 1 per meal… the fries are nothing special… with the chicken being as good as it is…the generic fries detract from the meal… I wish they had battered fries or something that complimented the chicken… the staff at this location are really nice…and deserve … overall I’d give the experience a 4.1-4.2 / 5.0
I did get the mango habanero which wasn’t as spicy as some would think…very delicious… no fry sauce as well…just ketchup and plain fries… still worth a trip to decide for yourself… down load their app for better deals…

I was heading over to “Blade HQ” to buy a new knife, when I spotted a new place to eat. “Slim Chickens” what a great name to start off with. No line in the drive thru, so I pulled in to order something. I had the 4 Chicken tenders plate, with Fries, Toast, BBQ sauce, and a Fabulous Strawberry Jar dessert, plus a Strawberry milkshake to go with the meal. I enjoyed the meal and I will be going back there again. The staff were friendly, and fun! The food was enjoyable as well. The jar dessert of Strawberry was worth going back for alone! I had a good experience for my 1st time going there to eat! I’ll be back!!! The jar dessert are a seasonal thing so be aware that they may change at some point during the year. :^)

The guy there asked me if it was my first time there which it was..I was interested in the spicy tenders and they described it to me which was nice of them. Food wasn’t too expensive and the chicken was great!
It took a minute for the other to be ready. But great food experience, I prefer it over raising Cane’s! Check it out if you are around.

Slim Chickens is my favorite place. Particularly in the last year, this location has stepped it up. Drive thru service feels friendlier and quicker, but never at the food’s expense. I enjoy the chick’s meal shaken in sweet red chili. Perfect amount of flavor and heat for a sauce. I will go to this restaurant for years to come if you keep up this quality. My only complaint would be their wings. The bone in wings aren’t terrible, but there are definitely better places for wings. Stick with their tenders and chicken sandwiches and you’ll be very happy.
