As a CA native raised on DT, I’ve been coming to this location fairly regularly the last few years, but the last few months it has been awful. Missed items every time in the drive-thru, needing to honk and pound on the window because drinks were not given with the rest of the order and generally given broken short rude responses from the staff after they just walk away…and they have the nerve to put a LARGE tip cup on the drive thru shelf…please. Too bad franchisees seem care less and less about customer service anymore.

Never again, simple request, can you put my grilled chicken tacos on the corn shell, they said yes. Order was up amazing fast. Got home to under cooked fries and flour tortilla for the tacos. In the garbage it went as I cannot eat wheat flour. Thanks for ruining my dinner!

This was for the drive thru . Date visted 12/20/25. Between 10:30am and 12:00pm. Order 2 chicken burritos . And 4 snack tacos. Chicken burritos were good. We had a major issue with one of the tacos. The beef was rotten and ended up making one of us not feel well. We never had a problem with this location ever. Thought I post so the company is aware of the incident.

UPDATE: WELL NOTHING HAS CHANGED! DELUXE CHILI FRIES ARE STILL BEING SERVED UNDER COOKED!!!!! WEEKS LATER AND HAS NOT BEEN CORRECTED!!!They’re getting bad also used to be good! I got the chili Deluxe fries yesterday and they were half cooked! They used to be good! I would not recommend the store past few times my fries have been undercooked, I waited quite a few minutes thinking everything would be fresh and it was not

Where do I start..I have been going to this place since it first opened and it just keeps going down hill every year it seems. Pulling up to the drive through and not even a hello or welcome, the person always says “what can I get for you”..do people just not understand customer service anymore..you ask for a minute to take a look at the menu and they keep asking “what can I get for you” after 30 secs – minute. Get to the drive through window and again no hello or hi…they just ask you for the money..no one asks if you want any napkins or sauce, etc..just teenagers who are unfriendly and joking around in the background or playing rap music at night if you come late..I recommend going to the Someburros down the street or Del Taco on Power and Southern instead.

I liked the burritos and wanted to try different things on the menu. However, everything else tasted like mystery meat. It’s really disappointing to have a limited selection of good food. Also, they know mostly older people come there and still expect everyone to use the digital order method only. A bit sad to watch.

The staff were not really very helpful. There ordering kiosk wasn’t working properly and one lady had to come in from drive thru because they forgot part of her order and I thought they were rather rude to her. I got my food before she did,so I assume they rest of her food that she got was getting cold while she waited for the food they missed in her order. They never even apologized to her for the missing food? Very rude.

This location is absolutely horrible. I ordered nachos and the chips were stale. When I called to tell them about it the manager argued with me and insisted they made them fresh. Never again….
