We sat at the bar and our bartender, Kris was amazing. It was a Wednesday night and the bar and the dining room was full, and she was by herself, and handled everything like a champ.
They have my favorite beer on tap (Kirin), along with several others, as well as a full cocktail and wine menu. The food is really good, and I’m so happy that they had the bone marrow that I came for (we ordered the last one), and it was great. I learned that they acquired the rights to the recipe for Tony Roma’s ribs, so we ordered a tasting bite, and it was great. It had a slightly more tangy, sour note than I remember, but they were fall off the bone tender and very tasty.
The service is great and the food and drinks as well. It’s definitely a place worth coming to, and I will be here again soon.
A special thanks to Gigi, the waiter who looked after us, very professional… it was immediately evident in the way he presented the wine.
It’s a shame our trip ends here, otherwise we would have returned. See you next year in November,

Dominique anticipated what we needed before we even asked, checked on us at the perfect times, and made the entire experience feel effortless. His service was professional, friendly, and honestly the best I’ve had anywhere on island.
The food was great, but Dominique made the night unforgettable. Fire Grill is lucky to have someone who represents the restaurant with that level of excellence. If anyone deserves a raise or recognition, it’s him.
