Big Mac was empty between the top two buns and only 19 McNuggets in the 24pk, so dry I trashed half. Restaurant was quiet, staff had plenty of time to get it right. Worst Maccas experience I’ve ever had.

I don’t too often get McDonald’s, but when I do ,I go here. The service and product is always good. But my experience tonight compelled me to leave a positive review due to the super friendly and efficient team that look after me.
As usual, the food was great. It’s good to see McDonald’s maintain its standard and therefore reputation as being an exceptional business, and that being reflected by the positive attitudes of those that served me. Good to see things haven’t changed from my time there – when employed at age 16 – many years ago now.

This McDonalds is always filthy. The womens bathrooms are always wet with dirty toilets, the floors out in the service area are slick and have rubbish dotted throughout, and the service bench is sticky. We go every now and then hoping for a change but I guess that is the definition of insanity.

I’ve been disappointed coming here after every other time has been rather decent but the last few have been poor quality service, Food main item being a cheeseburger with no pickles or onion? “He Treated Me Badly” – Story
Yesterday, I went to McDonald’s. I was really tired and just wanted to grab some food and go home. The line wasn’t long, so I thought it would be quick.
When it was my turn, I stepped forward and said politely,
“Hi, can I please have one McChicken Meal?”
But the worker, whose name was suddenly spoke to me with a bad attitude.
“Hurry up! People are waiting. Don’t waste everyone’s time!”
I was surprised. I didn’t say anything wrong. I calmly replied,
“I was just ordering… why are you talking to me like that?”
Instead of calming down, raised his voice even more.
“If you don’t know what you want, move out of the way!”
People around us looked shocked. A few even looked at me with sympathy. I thought to myself,
“I’m just trying to buy food… not doing anything wrong.”
At that moment, the noticed what was happening. He quickly came over and said to
“This is unacceptable. You do NOT speak to customers like that. Apologize right now.”
looked down and quietly said,
“I’m sorry… I shouldn’t have spoken like that.”

This place is disgusting. The bathrooms were so bad, the bins needed to be empty and were overflowing, the toilets were absolutely disgusting. The tables snd chairs outside need a clean, definitely a turn off food. I told the manager and she asked someone to check but looks like it wasn’t gunna be delt with.

Upon walking into the store approx 5-7 workers were standing around chatting in the order taking area, 2 employees were smacking each others hats into their heads, another on “break” with her hair down behind the counter on her phone.

The amount of times they screw up my order and have to drive back down is beyond ridiculous. I would say 5 out of 10 orders I’ve made there in the last few months have had the wrong items. Everytime I’ve been given credit for the stuff around, they take my details but have never honoured the credit each time I go back. They just magically lose your details and say that there was never details recorded for credit. The management is obviously failing this place pretty badly.
