The young man named Christian with dreads is definitely a breath of fresh air when it comes to fast food employees. He was polite, helpful, and well spoken. Christian is an example of a manager-in-the-making. I know my order will be prioritized and correct when I see him behind the counter!

I went their around 12:14 am and they hid behind the counter when I was trying to ask if they were still open through the speak and nobody responded. so I drove around to see if any one was their and it was 2 people hiding behind the counter and 1 person was standing up laughing O really couldn’t believe my eyes!! Just throw the whole staff away

All right, we were traveling up to Maryland passing through this particular pilot gas station to get gas, food not bothering anybody when we came across a kitten that needed saving. The manager I didn’t get his name very rude. Told me I had to leave when I was just staying out of the way wasn’t blocking the microphone for customers or patrons to order trying to give this kitty a better life because I belong to a rescue for cats.. Proceeded to tell us that we needed to leave or he was gonna call the cops. Then Took our license plate number what is that exactly gonna do? We were not causing any disruption only Trying to get this kitten out of an unsafe environment. Apparently people like this manager don’t have any compassion for animals unless he wants this kitten for himself nobody’s trying to help except for the nice young ladies that were there on our previous trip where we first discovered the kitten. and having entered as he calls, his establishment was not very clean. There was no napkins in the dispensaries and they were low on just about everything.,. I wouldn’t advise getting food from here, but if you have to have gas to get where you’re going in the store, Part of the gas station was pretty clean

Horrible customer service! The young lady said it was too much to cancel out my order of 3 fries and 3 nuggets to make them combos. The manager laughed… Very unprofessional and ignorant.

This Wendy’s always has an issue. They rarely take debit/credit and lately they’ve been asking for exact change only. The drive thru will randomly be closed in the middle of the day. So you go inside and it takes over 10 mins to get your food. I gave up on them after the 4th time trying to visit and they were taking no orders. What is the regional manager or store manager doing? Get that place in shape. It’s a brand new store after you gutted it. There should not be this many technical issues with the credit system or fryers/grills. It is very obvious that they dropped the ball on this store. Leadership needs to be in there to HELP get the store back into working order. Encourage your staff, work with them, train them, and have management take some pride in their shifts. It may not seem like much, but people appreciate when service is quick and friendly.
