First time I’ve been back since they rebuilt and I love the new building but the food wasn’t that great today, even though there was a line around the building as usual. My favorite go to Chic Fil A is the one in Kernersville. The chicken strips tasted like they kept them heated, not as crispy fresh and the mac and cheese was not as expected. The new layout is easier for drive through and to get in and out of the parking lot.

I usually order a salad on DoorDash and it doesn’t let me take anything out of the salad on the app so I have to call. I’ve called 2 times and talked to the same sweet girl everytime, very understanding but I just called today and was met with a snarky remark at a simple request to take out bacon and tomato. He insisted it lets you make changes on the app and when I said it didn’t he said “it lets everyone do it” with an attitude. You don’t have to be rude..

Food was good as always, but if you order using the app, you might want to wait a while before doing so again depending on what you typically order. If you order a sandwich meal on the app, it will list two different buns for your sandwich. You can unselect one, but it won’t let you select the other one. So, when your order arrives at the restaurant, it looks like that you want your sandwich with NO BUN. The Thru-Way location has submitted a ticket to Chick-fil-A’s IT Department, so hopefully this bug will be fixed soon. I do however appreciate the Thru-Way management team for acknowledging and taking action on this as quickly as they did.

I said one of our family members has autism and has a certain way of doing their food. My wife tried to buy one they said no. Unfortunately we had to make do. I normally don’t complain here however when Chic Fila closes or gets near close their service goes down. Everyone knows that your salads are golden however last night my wife brought me a salad from you and the lettuce was skimpy. I am highly disappointed in your service and then you gave me one big piece of meat instead of grilled nuggets. I wrote this review because every time I eat there I see employees eating good so when you can’t fulfill a simple salad request near the end of the night I have a problem.
