Normally, I’ve never had a problem with this establishment. But this is disgusting and worth reviewing about because it begs the question what else is going on there. I’ve also emailed the company as other reviewers were directed to do. If they were busy, I could *maybe* understand how this could happen or be overlooked but they weren’t and there really is NO excuse for finding several pieces of GROUND BEEF in my VANILLA MILKSHAKE. Maybe it’s because of pregnancy hormones but this caused me to gag to the point of vomiting.

So.. we want this to be a good A&W since it is close by. We have received multiple hard stale buns on top of our burgers. Stale tenders that are dry. We tried again recently since we like A&W food. It just keeps not being fresh. The wait in the drive through is always very long even if nobody else is there. It says it is open until 8 and they are fully closed at 7:15. It looks very unkempt and needing updating and freshing up. Looks like it is all yellowing inside the store.

Went through the drive thru and the two ladies working the window were so nice. Even though my daughter was being quite sassy, they went out of their way to make her smile. They also gave her a treat just because. I will definitely be back to this location. They were great!

This A&W Has great food, great service atmosphere could be improved, but it is attached to a gas station. I wish they would build one in Highland MI 48356 it would be packed!!

My family and I recently stopped at this A&W for a quick meal. The food itself was very good—fresh, tasty, and exactly what you’d expect from A&W. The service was also quick, which is always appreciated, especially when you have hungry kids in tow.
However, one thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the dining area. Unfortunately, every single table we looked at was dirty when we arrived. There were crumbs, spills, and trash left behind from previous customers, and no staff member seemed to be addressing it at the time. I ended up having to grab napkins and clean a table myself before we could sit down and enjoy our food. While this isn’t the end of the world, it does take away from the overall dining experience, especially when you’re eating with family.
I understand that busy periods can make it difficult to keep up with cleaning, but keeping tables wiped down is important for both comfort and hygiene. If this location could improve in that area, it would really make a difference and probably bump my rating up by a star or two. I’d still consider coming back because the food and service were good, but I’d hope for a cleaner seating area next time.

I went there and the fries where very overcooked with no salt. My chesse burger had more mustard than patty. And the pop was flat.
