Always enjoyable at Sammy’s. We had been coming to Sammy’s for over 20 years, and the pizza and wings are so good! Our girls are now 16 years old and any trip across the border is not complete without a stop at Sammy’s!!
A bucket of splits while we wait for our food allows us to enjoy the vibe in the bar area.
Wings and pizza are fantastic. Over the years, we’ve also had the lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, potato skins, onions rings, a couple of salads. Still haven’t had the beef-on-weck, but one day I will!!
Don’t go there if you’re in a rush. The kitchen is always busy with take-out, so you’ve got to be patient.

We worked all day then took a 4 hrs drive here so we were hungry. The hotel suggested Sammy’s. We called & placed an order for delivery. The food arrived at our room door fresh, hot, & sooner than the time I was quoted.
The negative…..I appreciate good customer service so I didn’t think much of it when the polite young lady asked for my phone number/hotel/room number. The young man delivered our food, I paid & tipped in cash, & he left. Moments later I get a text “You’re cute. Are you single?” I showed my husband. I replied that his text was extremely inappropriate! Luckily I was with my husband, had I been alone I would have felt very unsafe!
The food portions nice, the food was very good, I would just warn you not to give your room number!

Found this in my wings.. me and my partner got personal pies. The pizza was way over cooked the wings where dry to the bone my partners wings where COLD to the touch I get it’s cold outside but how is my food hot and hers not? Don’t not sure if I’ll be coming back..

Very disappointed. I ordered the full tray and wing special. Drove all the way from sanborn for pick up and the order was terrible. The pizza was burnt damn near black and there were weird pieces of chicken wings. I called the store to complain. They asked did i want the order remade but i declined because it would take another hour. We ordered out at work and had to get back to work. I was embarrassed as I am the one who suggested Sammys. I told the person who answered the phone to just give me a discount next time and she hung up in my face. Sad because I actually like sammys but the order and service were unacceptable. Food is too expensive now a days to be treated like that.

Went to Sammy’s for a pregame meal on our way over to Sabres game based on a recommendation. We live in nearby Niagara, ON and are always looking to try different pizza & wing spots in NY. Sammy’s lived up to the amazing reputation & recommendation. The pizza is top tier, the pepperoni are nice large cup n char style, and heavy distribution. The cheese is what we go across the border for, it just hits different in the states, and the sauce, crust & cook wrapped it all together perfectly. The wings were classic Buffalo wings, amazing flavour, some of the best I’ve ever had. Sammy’s is going to be one of my top spots on any trip over the river and I can’t recommend it enough! The pub vibes are classic Americana, nothing fancy but just what we were after (we sat in the pub, although they do have a nice size dining room as well!). Karen gave us great service! They’ve been doing it for 63years so you know they’re doing something right! Do not miss this legendary spot.

We had a party of 14 yesterday evening. Ordered a tray of pizza, 50 wings, couple subs and fries. We were the ONLY table in the restaurant the entire time. Our tray of pizza was served after an hour of waiting. Then, we waited another 20 mins for the rest of our food. When one of us finally got up to ask our waitress who had not been over to check on us at all, we were surprised to find out the kitchen staff boxed up the rest of our food and it had been sitting out the entire time. To top it off, we were charged with everything we ordered and automatic gratuity because we were a large party. The waitress tried to blame the kitchen staff, but as a former waitress myself, I would have been asking where my table’s food was. This is a long time establishment in NF and food is typically good. Hopefully they get more competent staff.

I love my food from Sammy’s. Tonight I was given this Cajun Chicken Alfredo to try, and my taste buds are still excited and I finished eating 30 minutes ago. It was so good. My parents said they make the best Gluten Free Pizzas that they’ve had in the last 15 years of my dad being GF. I am still making my way through the menu, but so far everything has been great.

Food was absolutely horrible burnt pizza burnt wings wings are clearly old and just dropped in hot grease dipped in sauce and served to customers food was absolutely horrific. Will never spend a dime there again this has happened on multiple occasions but still gave them the benefit of the doubt and it clearly is just how they treat their customers. When I called, I was initially told the order would be remade. Shortly after, I was told it wouldn’t be because I “was never charged for the blue cheese,” which completely missed the point—the issue was the overall service and quality.
The most upsetting part was the interaction with the manager. She was extremely rude, cut me off repeatedly, and wouldn’t allow me to explain my concerns. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
Between the long wait time, cold food, missing items, and poor customer service, I will not be ordering from here again.

I was staying at the comfort Inn. By the falls, just minutes from the restaurant ordered. A large Pizza and cheese fries should have been about $25, but they charged me 45, I asked the delivery person. He said they charge extra if you’re in a motel. and then he never brought my 2 l of soda, and he still has not come back. it was probably the worst Pizza I have ever had, soggy crust, looked like the box had been tipped on its side. Wish there was a way I could post a picture.You would not believe it unless you’ve seen it.
