The female lobby person is truly exceptional. She consistently greets and engages with customers, ensuring they have everything they need. Moreover, she diligently cleans and takes orders, demonstrating her dedication to providing outstanding service. There is the lady who works there, heard another staff member call her Jill. Came into the store around 8 to order breakfast and saw her treating colleagues like absolute garbage. I don’t know how management allows a hostile work environment for staff, but I did take liberty to report this corporate. Shame on your location for allowing something like this to happen in front of paying customers. It makes a terrible example for your franchise. If people were to do that at my job, they would be terminated immediately, and that’s exactly what should happen to that lady. I didn’t even bother ordering food because her treatment of others made me lose my appetite and I left.

Went through drive thru for a sprite and the guy who gave me my drink gave me an open straw without the wrapper and there were bite marks all over the straw, I had to go back in to get a new one, absolutely disgusting

In the drive thru, it was 26 minutes from ordering my food until I got it. Twice they brought other people’s orders to my car, I had to tell them it was wrong. No acknowledgement or apologies from staff.

This is the second time I ordered a Crispy Chicken Meal and the chicken was fried to death, no lettuce or mayo…two pickles ontop of dry sandwich. This arrived after having to wait about 10minutes.It was not busy1:30 pm. Fries were cold and Quarter Pounder was lukewarm.
