Decided to get the Double Jalapeno Cheese Burger and it was plenty enough for me and the Charbroiled tested didn’t disappoint. I found my new Go-To Carl’s Jr Burger. No long waits, didn’t have to navigate through a screen to order myself which is great because there were actually people who worked there and took my order. Friendly customer service, food was prompt warm and delicious.

The place had seating with views of the street. Food was fast and well cooked. Soda tasted like Coka-Cola and fries where frying. At the time I was there it might of been lunch hour for most of the Government building and staff so it was a bit crowded we found seating right of way.

I ordered and paid for a meal on the app. I was rushing to use the bathroom and didn’t notice that the location was set to 20 miles away. I noticed the mistake right away. There is no immediate way to stop cancel or retract an order. I called the other location and they advised me to ask this store if they would fulfill the order. That sounded reasonable to me. But to the staff here refused to help me in any way. Acting as if the food came from their own pocket. I paid, and the faulty app won’t let you address or correct orders. I would hope they would be human and treat me like a paying customer. No. Money lost. Horrible customer service.
The bathroom smells like raw sewage. Eat somewhere else.

Carl’s Jr was never my go to place but this Carl’s Jr has had me coming back as I have a good experience every time.The ambience is one of comfort without luxury. The murals inside look fabulous. The set up of the tables are nice and feels very open as well as inviting. All this combined makes this place makes me feel very comfortable.
I have been here a quite a few times now and overall they have great service. I have noticed that the manager Dora is on the workers and not only does she lead them she helps them clean which I believe are good leadership skills. The cashiers have been great and have let me know about certain deals or meals they have going on at the time. One cashier I have noticed in particular has been Esmeralda. She has a great spirit everytime I go in along with a good smile. She is very generous with giving me time to order and making sure everything comes out right. I see her cleaning dining quite often making sure there is clean areas to eat and a clean walkway, which leads me to believe they are pretty hygienic.
The food has been pretty delicious. Every time I order the guacamole bacon burger combo the taste of the guacamole and bacon never seem to fail me. The guacamole stands out to me because it is just what I’m looking for when I think of guacamole.The portions are great as well. The food is filling and I have never had a problem with any of it.
I will definitely keep coming here and recommend it to anyone if they consider going to Carl’s Jr.

The early morning crew are awesome! Good is always hot and I get exactly what I order. The outside area always has homeless bums around. There’s been a few incidents before but nothing I couldn’t handle. I do wish that the drive thru would open at 5am every day Monday thru Friday.

Just did a quick stop for a drink I went in the bathroom , low and behold I get to the bus stop and realize I left my cell in the stall so I run all the way back and walked in there panting for air and it was as if he was waiting for me and pulls out my phone from behind the counter with a big old smile, it was as soothing as the feel of my cell phone back on my hands…thank you guys!! and after all these years still crazy about the

If you want good customer service, don’t come here, I believe every restaurant in a California should give you water, as water is FREE. The lady you see in the pictures, was NOT rude, but I find it stupid how you can’t get water. She couldn’t really explain why I couldn’t get the water.
