I just wanna give credit where credit is due. The manager Jordan was really awesome. I was just complaining of how the lady was rude and how I sat at the window for like 13 minutes for four drinks, but Jordan came back to the window and apologized and said that it was unacceptable. Not only did she make my drinks she refunded me. I totally wasn’t expecting anything. I just wanted to tell her that her employee was being pretty shitty and the time limit was pretty unacceptable considering I was just waiting for four drinks, but I’m really pleased with how Jordan handled it five stars for her. She needs a raise.

I’m absolutely fed up with this location and today marked the day that I am done going to this particular location. Today, I was on my way to drop my girlfriend off at work and I stopped by McDonald’s so she could eat something beforehand. What I ordered was simple enough; a free fry with my code and 2 $5 meal deal bundles with McChickens and Large Cokes. For anyone unaware; the $5 meal deal bundle comes with a McChicken or McDouble, a small fry, 4-piece McNugget, and a small drink (you can upcharge the drink). When we got the food, we left to head to her work and she checked the bag. They got eveeything right but forgot the nuggets. They forgot them for both the orders, even though its the 2nd main part of the meal. So I called them and told them about it, they took my name and told me to come back to the location after I dropped her off or when I had time to get the nuggets, so I did. Keep in mind, I had my 2 year-old daughter in the backseat so I was not going to get her out in this cold more than I had to, especially for nuggets. I pulled through the drive through and waited for about 15 minutes in total from the point of us pulling up to getting to the second window. I told them what I was there to get and was nice about it while explaining the situation like I did when i got to the intercom. The manager/black-shirt had the audacity to sit there, complain and ask her coworkers why I didn’t go inside. If she would have asked me directly, I would have told her why as again, I wasn’t getting my daughter out to bring her inside for some nuggets due to the weather. So instead of confronted me about it like an adult, she complain and acted agrivated about me going through the drive-though to get what I had paid for about 20 minutes prior. I may sound like I am complaining for nothing but its the concept. If you were upset with me, then you can talk to me like an adult and I could easily explain why in hopes that you would understand. Im tired of the multiple issues with this place and the consistent issue of them forgetting our food as this has been a multiple-time occurence, even in just the last year alone.

Go through drive thru if you want FAST FOOD. Waited 10 mins for A COFFEE, just one. And the poor door dasher that was standing there that only got one bag, and was standing there BEFORE I got there! That drive thru didnt stop though.

I stopped to pick up breakfast, and it was good. I had a Chicken McGriddle, hash browns, orange juice, and sugar free iced vanilla coffee.
UPDATE:. July 21, 2022- I ordered a Big Mac Meal with French Fries and Diet Coke. I also wanted to try a Chocolate Pretzel McFlurry. All are delicious, as they always are.
UPDATE:. January 10, 2023-I redeemed points and got a free McChicken sandwich. I also got medium French Fries, and a Diet Coke. The McChicken was okay, but I have eaten better chicken sandwiches. Usually, I get better items, but this I would rate okay.
UPDATE:. February 26, 2023-I went yesterday and ordered the Oreo Shamrock McFlurry along with Big Mac, French Fries, and Coke Zero. The McFlurry was delicious, but the French Fries were cold. You can do better!
UPDATE:. March 7, 2023-I had points to redeem, so I was able to redeem for free Medium French Fries. They were a little better than last time. I also got a 10 pc Chicken McNuggets, and a Diet Coke. I also had Honey Mustard and BBQ sauces for the McNuggets. All of this was a delicious light meal.
UPDATE:. April 10, 2023-I decided to pick up supper, but also to redeem for a free bakery item from the McDonald’s app for my birthday. My birthday is next week, April 21st, so I chose a free Cinnamon Roll. I ordered the Bacon Ranch McCrispy, Medium French Fries, and Medium Coke Zero. The Bacon Ranch McCrispy is a chicken sandwich with lettuce, bacon, tomato, and ranch sauce on it. The chicken is crispy, not fried. It tasted good. I assume this is a limited time item. Maybe they might decide to put it on the menu permanently. As for the Cinnamon Roll, it was delicious! It just needed a candle put on it!
UPDATE: September 7, 2023-I had points from the app about to expire, so I got free Medium French Fries. I also ordered 10 piece Chicken Mc nuggets, and a Coke Zero, along with Honey Mustard and BBQ sauces. Everything was delicious, and great to save money!
UPDATE: October 6,2023-I picked up breakfast before work, so I ordered on the app an Iced Sugar Free Vanilla Coffee and a Breakfast Burrito. It was delicious, but I am disappointed that McDonald’s has did away with some of their bakery items, namely the Cinnamon Rolls and Blueberry Muffins. They would have been great!
UPDATE: October 14, 2023-I ordered out McDonald’s this evening, mainly because I had points on the app that were going to expire at the end of the month. I redeemed for free Medium French Fries, and I also ordered 10 piece Chicken Mc nuggets and Medium Coke Zero. All were delicious! For my sauces, I chose the new Mambo sauce and the Sweet and Spicy Jam sauce. The Mambo sauce was a little hot, and the Sweet and Spicy Jam sauce was delicious, with a little sweetness. I liked this one better. These are available for a limited time, but I think they should be on the menu all the time.

UPDATE: June 4, 2024-I chose to order breakfast, so I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel, Hash Browns, a small Orange Juice, and an Iced Sugar Free Vanilla Coffee. It was all delicious, and a delicious way to start the day!
UPDATE: July 24, 2024-I decided to try the new Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder with Cheese, along with Medium French Fries, and Medium Coke Zero. I don’t normally order Quarter Pounders, but this one sounded good, and it was! It was absolutely delicious! It is probably a limited time item, so it probably won’t be around long.

In Richmond visiting Family and decided to stop in at this McDonald’s and get my vanilla iced coffee. When I received my coffee, it looked like I had a cup of milk when I asked the employee if I could get less cream and more coffee, I got a very snippy attitude. I did not order a cup of milk. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee without the attitude. Not sure what big deal was to correct my coffee.
Now I know why this McDonald’s location only has a 3.4 star rating. I would not recommend going here unless you want an attitude from an employee and not what you paid for.

This is a common theme, I’m only just fed up to post it. All we get is nuggets, really simple. Cook to order, PLEASE. What do we get? Rubber nuggets that may have been microwaved at best. I could understand totally if the food were free…but we are paying you, overpaying, really, and you are being paid to prepare the food. At least follow directions.

Just once I would love to get through the drive-thru and actually get the “right” order. If I had to gamble $50 for every time I went through the drive-thru, as to rather or not the order would be correct, I would bet on “incorrect” and be way ahead in money.
On the same token, I can call Great Wall, talk to someone who barely speaks English, order it for delivery, and not only does it arrive at my house, but it’s correct every time.

Continue to recieve burnt cold food even when told to wait because its still being made. How does it take 15 minutes to bring out cold food but also burnt at the same time. It seems like people are sitting on the food before it comes out because of how squished everything is. This is everytime we have come to this McDonald’s and have brought it the managers attention.
