I ate every last bite. I can’t speak for the franchise as a whole but the Akron Bob Evans was perfect. They did my order as requested and it looked great. It was so big I couldn’t believe when I was done.

So I’ve had Bob Evan’s several times before at different locations, and I’ve always enjoyed it. They have my favorite hot chocolate out of any diner I’ve ever been to. That all being said this location falls very far from the standard I’m used to. Hot chocolate was barely flavorful. I ordered the steak tips and eggs, the pile of onions was bigger than the 7 small pieces of steak I received, eggs were completely overcooked and toast seemed almost stale. My wife who loves pancakes and who always finishes her plate barely ate half because of how bad they were. This location is just a sad imitation of the chain. Will never be back to this location and if you are reading this, I suggest finding one of the many other diners in the area as they will be 10x better than what you will get here

I placed an online order through their website for a family meal. The website told me the food would be delivered in half an hour. The time and went. I gave the order an extra ten minutes. Called the store was told the food was ready and sitting for pick up at 6:30. I asked for a cancellation and refund but was told that they could not due that because the food was already made. Not happy that I was told I had to pay for cold food that was never delivered to me. I ended up calling the support line and asked for a refund request through them.

Service was amazing! Our server was Bri, and she made our entire meal amazing! Her service was outmatched and she went above and beyond. I hope Bob Evans values a worker who is as good at her job as she is.

We ordered the Thanksgiving Day feast., to save my 80 yr old mother and myself (60) some time in the kitchen. I ordered on line and went and picked it up. I arrived at the restaurant and went inside to pick up our feast, which is advertised to feed 8-10 people.We had 8 people altogether including myself and my mother. Once inside the restaurant I was directed to drive around back where I picked up my food from the back of a box truck. I really expected to receive fresh food from inside the restaurant. What I got was 1 huge box. Everything precooked, prepackaged and frozen at a factory somewhere. I was aware that it would be cold and we would have to heat it all up. I was not aware that it came from a factory and I had to get it from the back of a truck. We paid $165 plus a $25 tip for this crap. I would like to know who the tip went to? I was thinking it was for kitchen staff working hard to prepare this food but since that was not the case, who got the tip? The turkey was a very small breast, I ended up cooking a whole other turkey im order to make sure our 8 people got enough. The hickory smoked ham was 4 small pieces, which we cut in half to make sure everyone got a bite. Green beans and ham… I saw no ham just a whole lot of onions. It was disgusting. Instant mashed potatoes. The best thing about this meal was the pumpkin pie and the rolls. It took over 2 hours to transfer to oven safe casserole dishes and warm up. And also let’s not forget the 5 hours to cook a 2nd turkey. And I don’t know what they seasoned the turkey with but also disgusting. We will never do this again! I could of done it all for 1/3 the cost and it would have tasted so much better. I have always been a huge fan of Bob Evans! I’ve always loved their food. But they truly dropped the ball on this one. So disappointed. I do not recommend this at all.

Food was amazing, atmosphere was unmatched. Our server, Bri was so amazing and helpful! She recommended me great food and I was super happy! If you’re there on the weekend ask for Bri as your server and you won’t be disappointed 🙂 5 stars all around

We have never been disappointed choosing Bob Evans. You can rely on their service, whether dining in, picking up, or getting a delivery. You already know the food will be delicious. Staff is professional. Restaurant is always clean and tidy, or in the process. So many favorite dishes here. Thank you!

Took forever to get service, the lady was very nice but there was a skeleton crew so she had to do everything. I felt bad for her its not her fault it took a while for the food to come out. Food was similar to a continental breakfast, pankacakes were small and there was a really small portion of potatoes. skip this place and go to a local breakfast place. These chain resteraunts drag down the rest of the restaurants in this area. I would rather eat at macdonalds than go the terrible quality served at Bob Evans.
