Nicest, most courteous and respectful crew I’ve ever met in a Wendy’s. Professional, fast, expedient, clean restrooms. Haven’t had a fast food experience like this is 20 years. I think traditional service values might be making a comeback. America needs more of this. Great model for other locations.

Ordered on 2/22 around 8:00pm or few mins before and every worker disappeared for about ten mins or so left me standing in the lobby when finally seen a drive thru worker she said oh are you ready to order I was like what? ♀️ I already ordered way long ago ,,then asked well what did you order? This was the craziest experience I’ve ever had ,,I was the customer and literally the only one in th store for well over 15 minutes… I really can’t believe this happened and will be contacting corporate, then once I finally got home food was cold and horrible.. very disappointing. $20 worth of food in the garbage. Thanks a lot. For the professionalism.

The food is great!
In the winter I totally dig the chili and in the summer time I absolutely love the sugar cookies , famous lemonade, and their amazing salads that are unique. The staff is extra helpful and upbeat, their customer service is 9/10. The only thing I didn’t care much for is the messy bathrooms and trash on the counters. Other than that i am content with this location @ Wendy’s.

The bathrooms were locked because only paying customers can use them. Did not take too long to get it unlocked. The?
Fries were cold and the hamburger and chicken sandwich were not hot! The windows are so dark , you can’t even see inside the place from the outside and one of the windows was shot out and had a board over it. I had to dump out two drinks because it was all carbonation and no syrup. I will definitely not be back.

Very close to I 71 north/ south right off exit 44 and I have never had a bad day there visit frequently. Prices for the amount of food is very reasonable. Unlike the arch..

Got to the drive through 30 mins before they close an they told me that they’re not taking anymore orders all hateful an screamed in the speaker an yelled after that took the first order an my order was the same as the first an she said WERE ABOUT TO CLOSEEEE!!!! yelling it in the speaker very unprofessional take it from someone that works in fast food and restaurant as a manager I’d never talk to my customers like that EVER very unprofessional that need more training on how to talk to customers the polite way an not hateful worst place I’d ever eat✌️✌️

Went to this McDonald’s about 9:30 PM last night. The order taker accidentally messed up on my order and when she had to add more food because she forgot some stuff the manager got smart with her and me and I asked why she was being so mean and she said you white people always be thinking us black women have attitudes. Y’all hate us. And she said this right in front of her employee, which is white as well. I said ma’am, I have biracial children. My kids dad is black. And then she didn’t say anything else other than that but OH. Then she shut the window.
If she’s that prejudice, she needs to leave.

This is probably the worst location I’ve ever been at. I sat in drive thru 30 minutes at lunch. When I got to the window I paid and waited. I finally pulled out of drive thru and went inside. I was told the chicken got burnt once inside and it would be even longer. The staff was so incredibly nasty and rude with serious attitude and the lobby was absolutely packed. I asked for a refund. I finally left with no sandwich and refund bc id been there 45 minutes already and had to return to work. I had to make a trip back after work. I did get my $7.30 refund and an apology. I will never go back to this location and I don’t recommend it. I understand it was hectic and busy but you need to communicate and not let people just sit in a drive thru.
I also let their corporate headquarters know about the experience.
0/10 do not waste your time. Go down the street to DQ.
And there was a homeless guy just sleeping on the drive thru sidewalk and several workers all on a smoke break walked past and stepped over him but never made him leave. It was a little unnerving. I made sure my doors were locked. It was a totally gross experience.
