Golden Marketing Concepts
After a long-term Customer for this location, I experienced some mistreatment from one of long-time Managers for the location. Apparently, my pizza I requested was poorly prepared and cold. I immediately brought it to the attention of one of the Shift Managers, who tried to pretend I was making a false complaint. Again, I had been a Customer who spent over 4 years of my hard-earned finance at this location. The Shift Manager who caused the issue and poorly made my pizza had no remorse and tried to deny any wrong and did not even offer a simple correction to remake the pizza with respect and courtesy. What I felt in the ordeal, is that the CiCis employee simply had a problem with me being an American native… silly as it may sound, Florida is experiencing much political controversy concerning historical issues with American natives having been wrote out of existence and mislabeled other false identities… There are a lot of people from other countries who come to North America and expect the natives to still not know who we are after centuries of enslavement.. we are in controversial political times and people from other countries need to get over their arrogance that natives recognize themselves and their ancestry in 2025, moving forward…

What an experience with a pizza buffet! So many choices, made easy by just taking one slice of pizza and then going through the whole menu. As a sweet tooth, I visited the desert station several times. I am a visitor to your Country and this was one of the many highlights! I wish my country had something similar.

I recently ordered from this location for a to-go (pick up) order and was highly disappointed in the product that I received upon my arrival. I ordered a 12 count brownie dessert. I received old pieces all different sizes, crumbled, not good in taste. It was unfortunate because I have ordered to-go before and it was much better and fresh. I am not sure why the standard was not upheld for this particular order but I couldn’t enjoy my order due to the quality.

What would the world be like without PIZZA? I really don’t want to find out. I love all pizza and CiCis is no exception. Love the buffet and used to take my children there when they were just kids and they would eat like no tomorrow. They will make any type of pizza you want even if you got the buffet. Love the Alfredo pizza and of course the pepperoni is my favorite. Game room In the back was always a favorite with the family. Self serve on just about everything so no waiting. And it’s good pizza too! Really glad I stopped in today and will be back soon cause I really do love pizza!

I’ve been going to this place, I Can’t seem to remember how long now, I stop going for awhile and I have come back recently, and they have a new owner onboard.
This people have done a hell of a turn around. That impressed me really to my core!
This place is super clean, decent pricing, and they even have a free fountain drink for seniors!.
Although its actually cater to families, I was impressed on how the restrooms maintained their cleaningness.
All the employees are constantly doing something cleaning and keeping up the place, the serving plates are amazingly cleaned to my standards, the utensils are spot less.
One should feel assure that their foods are well presented. Presentation is the key for anyone feel good about eating what they serve on their own plates.
Most people keep up with the protocol of using new plates whenever they need to refill.
I’ve met the owner and what a decent guy! Very proud of his workers and how they maintain the place! Go there and knock yourself out!!!

If you want to go to this restaurant with your family and you plan to only enter and not eat, you are not welcome. I felt so despised and discriminated against because I decided not to eat because I was not hungry and I wanted to pay for food for my children and grandchildren and the cashier totally denied me entry. In the end I ended up waiting outside and my husband and family inside because I didn’t have the courage to deny entry to my family who really love eating at this place. We will not return. I do not recommend it. I am not interested in making any official report, much less in someone being unemployed. This happened on Friday, Sept. 22. 23 around 8:30pm. My children and grandchildren were left inside the restaurant with my husband, my daughter-in-law, son and I were left outside the restaurant because the cashier wanted to charge us for the buffet. We had eaten before arriving and we were not hungry, the children wanted to eat pizza and we left them inside the restaurant with my husband (grandfather). We would have liked to go in and just sit down and share as a family, but they denied us entry….
