Food was really good! I usually go for drinks but the food was delicious and would definitely recommend. I got the shrimp wrap with the tots and would get it again! The only thing I would improve is the service. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. Our waitress got missing and forgot what I had asked for and it definitely wasn’t busy lol. Otherwise it was a great lunch and I would go back!

I went on an early Thursday afternoon and I had the Noli Veggie Wrap with the House made Habenaro ranch and it was phenomenal!! My waitress was super sweet and frequently check in, as well as helped with choices due to being my first visit. Very good taste! Would highly recommend a visit!

During my first visit Saturday afternoon, the atmosphere was fun with many soccer fans gearing for BofA Stadium match. However, while I don’t expect a time travel capsule to the Vikings age, some decor like some round shields and a runestone would be nice to compliment the rustic atmosphere and cute menu item names.

Stumbled upon this hidden gem. Fun atmosphere with exceptional service. Food was very reasonably priced and delicious! Wings were crispy, meaty, and full of flavor. Cajun garlic dry rub was amazing! 12 wings were only around $16, which is a good price for wings these days. Viking burger was superb! Patty was pork and beef blend, so juicy added bacon was definitely worth it… very thick piece of smoky bacon. Even the turkey wrap was thoroughly enjoyed. Chipotle sauce was delicious! Waffle fries and tater tots were crispy and yummy! We even came back for a drink a second time because we enjoyed it so much. Just be cautious of step going up to restrooms, I tripped every time. They should put sign up, very dangerous.

Fantastic experience! James, Jack, and all the staff were on point. The entire team just kept circling inside, through the bar, along the patio checking in on all the tables, not just their own, providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service. The food was fantastic! Best fried fish I’ve had in a long time. Crispy golden without being greasy. If you’re looking for a change of pace from the usual, go with the Lamb Burger. The goat cheese makes the burger! Had a great time at Valhalla – thanks, Team. Can’t wait to come back again.

We went on a Saturday evening. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t worth the money to food ratio in our opinion. The Fish and Chips and the Steak & Cheese were very small in portion and we felt underserved for what we paid. It was good, but we expected more food for the money spent.

First time here, my husband was always raving about the viking burger so we finally made at lunch date here. Service was excellent. The burger was delicious, love the spices in the burger. Get the tater tots with spicy ranch for dipping. We will be back to try other things and beer. Small place so get there early for lunch. Another visit, we came after work, very busy and super loud groups of people, so not great for trying to make conversation with your table mate. The service was very attentive and food was yummy. This is our favorite place in Charlotte. If we are anywhere near the area we make a side trip to Valhalla. And when we spend a weekend in Charlotte it is our first stop after checking into the hotel.
Food is fantastic. I always get the lamb burger. My husband orders off the menu and has never had a bad meal. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu – both food and beer — and can help you decide if you can’t make up your mind.
Place isn’t fancy, and they pull a big soccer crowd, so be prepared for it to be busy if there is a game. There is a back room and outdoor seating so plenty of space. It is bigger than it looks from outside.

Listen. These were the most PERFECTLY crisped wings I have ever had in my life. Wouldn’t necessarily get the Cajun garlic parm again HOWEVER the perfection of the wing itself outdid the lack of flavor. I will definitely be back to try another flavor!
