This is one of the chain restaurants that is consistently decent.
They will make adjustments to the over seasoning that you will find at most chains. I suggest ordering any steaks one level below what you would like and the prime rib on weekends is not bad at either. This is not Ruth’s Chris but good. All of the sides are not listed but ok. Steak with some mashed potatoes and broccoli is worth the price, it is a bit much for a chain but they are not putting a gun to your head. This location is always very clean and the staff has been nothing but perfect in my experience. In fact they are damn good. I usually prefer a steakhouse for a great steak or prime rib. One reason is that all of the chains are serving thinner cuts of meat, or so it appears to me. They can still cook steak nicely if you order a temperature below your preference. I’m sure this is for safety so It’s your call. I don’t like things heavenly seasoned so any feelings on this they address and I tip them for it. They can make a decent drink but I wish there was a better beer on tap list. If people don’t buy it why would they carry it so again I understand. The attached picture of my meal was after I had cut a little off of the prime rib and had most of the broccoli. I was enjoying my meal with people so I am not concerning myself with my phone at those times but I had a moment so it is a good example but not perfect.

He sincerely loves what he does; you can see and feel his sincerity. We were here a few months ago, and we remembered the excellent customer service and food and decided to dine again before driving the skyline. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no wait time, and yet it took about 10 minutes to be noticed and greeted. We were then reseated twice.
Food was okay, but the wife’s steak and coconut shrimp were overcooked .
The service was pretty good, with the waitress being very attentive.
Overall, it wasn’t a horrible meal, but we’ve had much better from this restaurant.

Hadn’t been to an Outback Steakhouse in at least 5 years as their locations in Syracuse have been closed. For lunch, I ordered soup and an appetizer. The French onion soup tasted like beef broth with little onion flavor. The cheese was plentiful and stretchy but the crouton was soggy. I wouldn’t order this again. The soup was followed by the Shrimp on the Barbie appetizer. The dish included remoulade sauce and garlic rye toast. The dish was good, but not quite as good as I remember it from Syracuse. The first bread they delivered to our table was dried out, but our server quickly replaced it with fresh bread. We were not rushed and had plenty of time for conversation in a nice environment.

We asked for wings as an appetizer and as we bit into it they felt chewy and it was red, we all spit the piece out and there was blood on the plate under the wings, the server apologized and said they’ll get new ones, when they brought the “new” ones they we the same ones but re-fried, not good at all, left us feeling sick, we didn’t even eat the “new” ones at all, our food comes and my steak is barely warm same as my mac&cheese, service was not bad but the food was horrible
