Also an issue i dont understand why your workers here hate making Cheesy Gordita Crunches its gotten to the point I pay for the extra lettuce an 3 chesse so its made right not that I want the extra but I find its made normal that way and they still mess up its what ever tho but tonight I asked to talk to the manger just to make them aware cuz its so often an this was crazy tho not even melted at all an the Manger refused to come to the window an look at the taco or speak to me I got no apology nothing. Very unprofessional your mangers need to do better.

came to this location on sept 26 around 1145pm after having the worst fast food experience of all time at the fairlane location. the employees here were attentive, concise, MUCH more polite and friendly. the food was all accurate and nice and hot. thank you for the positive experience!! we came from canada for a concert and we will remember this location for next time

So, I walked into Taco Bell, right? Figured I’d grab a quick bite. But it was like I was invisible. I stood there for a solid 15 minutes, not a single “hello,” “welcome,” or even a nod from anyone behind the counter. Finally, someone decides to acknowledge my existence just to tell me I should order online and wait outside for a pickup. Seriously? I’m already here! So, I walk out, and before the door could hit me I hear “see ya later.” Unbelievable. One of the most unprofessional and unsettling experiences I’ve ever experienced at an establishment, defintely won’t be returning and I will be contacting cooperate, the lady who had commented before I left had blondish hair with glasses and didn’t give a name. This was at roughly 12 midnight

Taco bell has gone down hill, the builds look like prison the food definitely isn’t what it used to be. My burrito supreme was missing the supreme. My bfs nachos were soggy. Just not worth paying $33 for 2 people to eat unsatisfying food not made the way we ordered it …. but people in fast food wanna make more money but can’t even make a burrito correctly

The water mixed into the drinks tastes unfiltered and leaves a nasty aftertaste, the crunchy taco shell was stale, and they put sour cream on the burrito after requesting no sour cream. Definitely one of the worse tacobell locations.

They’re open earlier than most of the other locations in the area, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. If I order before I get there, my order is always ready to grab and go. Almost wish they’d make it a little slower so I can thank the staff for doing such a good job, but I’ll just do it here. Thank you.

This place is so slow. I only go to this one because the one on telegraph by my house ( which is way better and actually can get your order and get it out quickly ) is closed right now due to cement work getting done.
It takes over 20 mins to get your order and when I was in ther tonight there were people waiting longer than me. I could have went and got my truck washed and still coulda came back for my food. Drive thru line gets ridiculous long also blocks people parked in spots. Employees seem like they run around with there heads cut off. Plus to pop machines in dining area suck and need updating.

I waited in line for 30 minutes and was somehow still 10 cars deep in the drive through. Also frequent food item shortages / substitutions (like no beef). Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Unlike the Taco Bell location closer to our house, this store has been consistently accurate and we have never been missing an item from an order. I feel like it’s absolutely worth the extra drive in order to know that I won’t have to go back or unpack my entire order in the car before leaving the property. Great customer service and food too!
