Ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 fries, and nuggets. Everything was fresh, and the register operator took care of me.

Ordered a double with no cheese. I received a double with cheese. I was literally the only customer there at 9:15pm. The receipt is correct so I’m not blaming the person that took my order. I am blaming the idiot that made it. It’s SO SIMPLE just don’t put cheese on it. That’s all ya gotta do, is less work.

My fault for not double checking before I left the drive through, I just figured it was such a simple order, surely they don’t mess it up. I was wrong.
It wouldn’t be a big deal if the cheese wasn’t completely melted into the beef patties. I would just remove the cheese but you can’t remove the cheese when it’s melted into every crevice of the beef.

Went to the Wendy’s at 4th & Frankford at 2:30pm on Veteran’s Day to get their free food for veterans. A nice young lady told me that it was just for breakfast, so I was too late. I said OK I’ll see you next year for breakfast, and started to leave. She had a sad expression on her face, and said “Well, I can’t let you leave with nothing” and she gave me a small chocolate malt. I thought that was the sweetest thing to happen to me in a long time. I want to add that I do go to Wendy’s on a regular basis because it’s one of only 2 fast-food restaurants that have good burgers & etc. And that cold chocolate malt sure warmed my heart! Didn’t get her name, but thanks to that young lady! She gets a score of 6 out of 5 from this veteran!

Closing time online shows 2:30am. This is not true. They closed at 2am. Refusing to speak to me at the drive thru. I waited at their window. They looked at me, and did not speak to me. I waived at them, and they shook their head “no.” The least they could do is say “We’re closed”

Burnt French toast sticks I will never go in the weekend’s those kids don’t know how to cook . During the weekdays they have great ladies working the kitchen and great customer service. I called and the young lady that answer did not even know what to say, she could of said “I sorry let me get your number and I will get the manager to reach out back to you”!!!!!,

Ok this may be long but today I went to get the regular two meals I get 3-5 times a week at this location. It’s March so they have four nuggets for $1.00 with ANY PURCHASE, I place my first order and get the extra nuggets then as I told her the second meal the cashier says I can’t have the $1.00 nuggets. I said why she said because it’s one ticket. I explained I got it yesterday and she began to argue with me. I said forget the entire order, she then asked for a manager and a woman with no name tag on (none of them have them on) came over and said no I couldn’t do that. I told her the little thin girl with blondish hair did it yesterday. She looked me straight in the face and said we don’t have a thin blonde haired girl that works there. I said here just order the one meal with the nuggets.
So after I paid I said I have a second order for my son who’s in the car, I ordered it and asked if he had to come in to get it and the cashier said “yes”.
So I go out and have him walk in to get his food.
I told them I will NEVER come to that location ever again, it stinks because I’m near there all week during lunch time.
I called the customer service line and spoke to a man he said they shouldn’t have done that. He said the District manger would be called, he ask for my number to contact me back. Guess what no call.
Sad part I grew up in Cincinnati OH eating at Wendy’s in the 70’s. I would guess I’ve eaten Wendy’s 4,000 to 5,000 times in my 61 years of life as it’s my go to Fast Food restaurant.
Not sure anymore after the embarrassment of it being 11:30 am and a line of people standing behind me. Made me look like a cheapskate low life after I stepped back and thought about it, especially being Jewish I get enough hateful looks anymore. These employees literally see me everyday and know me. Today I didn’t have my Kippah on my head because I had on a hat, but I know they have seen me so many times with it on, makes me wonder if being a Jew caused those problems with this older woman cashier. I’ve only seen her twice because 99% of the time I go through the drive thru. But she seen me with it on last week.
I’m a Messianic Jew and I sat down tonight and prayed for them and asked G-D to forgive me even though I don’t feel I was hateful or loud.
Customer Service is dead and Gone. In the 80”s I held an executive position with a very large restaurant chain for 10 years and have watched service not be companies goal anymore. Very sad very sad, Dave Thomas would have never treated a customer this way.
Weirdest part Customer Service asked if I had the What’s Up App, I have no idea why!

Loved the olde school vibe of the interior. Really made me feel like I had stepped back. Stepped back into a simpler time where if you didn’t have cash you could just give them your card and they would bring out that big ol card machine and they would put your card in and then they would put the carbon copy thing on top and then slide it from right to left and it would make this loud *SHHGHKT SKKGHT* sound. But that’s how you knew that it was gon be ireee. I don’t like the new WENSDAYS CROSSOVER. The SAUCE was STRANGE AND GREY…. Why is the sauce grey. I turn 67 years old tomorrow
