This is my first restaurant in Lisbon and I’m already starting to enjoy the place. The waitress recommended me a Carpa Koy as I wanted a sweet cocktail and it’s exactly what I wanted.
I ordered a tuna tartare and a black linguini with scallops, which were both very good. The tuna tartare tasted quite japanese, and the scallops in the linguini were cooked perfectly.
I’d say this is a perfect meal to start of my trip and would definitely recommend, the only thing is that the meal was quite pricey, but the atmosphere made it count.

Excellent food. They use local and international ingredients on their dishes. They are truly exclusive and flavorful. I highly recommend this restaurant. Top 3 dishes were black ink lingunie, mussels and soft shell crab. The best seafood restaurant in Lisbon.

we only tried 5 dishes, all were amazing. this possibly could be one of those rare places where it doesn’t matter what you order, everything will be simply stunning. two main dishes – sea bass and scallops linguine – truly phenomenal.

Peixola was one of our great finds during our trip to Lisbon.

We ordered the tuna tartare and it was amazing, one of the best we have had, with perfectly balanced flavors. The linguine al nero was also great It looks simple, but the flavor is incredible. The corvina was very fresh and the miso sauce matched it really well.

It is a bit pricey, but the quality makes it worth it. Overall, it is a 10 out of 10 for us and we will definitely come back to try more dishes. We stayed around Baixa Chiado, so it is just a short walk from our airbnb.

What a wonderful experience we had at this amazing eatery! The food was amazing and the service so pleasant, the vibe was very laid-back but attentive. We ate at the counter and really enjoyed the tuna Tataki, the langoustine croquettes and the curry mussels. The cocktails were delicious and the caramel dessert a true highlight. Really appreciated the little complementary shot offered at the end. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the wonderful staff and chef at Peixola!

Incredible restaurant and the best I went too during my short stay in Lisbon. It’s quite small but the bar seats make you feel more welcome rather than being put there for no reason. The service was fantastic and they were incredibly attentive. The food was spectacular, you can see through the window in the kitchen and I have to say whatever chef puts the dishes together is an artist they all looked amazing. The octopus tacos were just sublime. If you are in Lisbon I recommend coming here more than anything. The dessert was also fantastic.

Amazing fish tapas and food served directly at the counter. Waiters gave very good recommendations for food and wine.
We enjoyed the whole journey.

Only improvement recommendation: the wine glasses have been very thick, I think a finer version would fit better to the overall setup.

We were on a mission to find the black pasta and it proved harder than thought. At the end we followed Google recommendation and didn’t regret it. It was an amazing fish restaurant, a little bit more on the higher end but nothing unaffordable and its definitely worth it. We had a Peruvian cheviche for starter and then black linguine with scallops. For dessert we ordered 2 to share: the apple crumble and the 70% chocolate mousse with ginger crumbs. Great food, nice service and ambient. I guess it’s worth reserving table, we were lucky to have the last 3 seats at the counter.

Really great food. Every dish I tried was really really good! And the price is reasonable. The service was great too with a friendly attentive wait staff and a casual atmosphere. A couple of the dishes were too heavy on the salt otherwise it would be perfect.
