It was very clean even the restrooms. My onion rings were hot and fresh unlike the other fast food places. The staff were very nice and that includes the young lady wipeing down the glass on the front doors, the counter person who took my order and the person who brought out my order to the table. Way to go guys and gals, this is how businesses should be ran. I definitely will spread the word and return every chance I get. Thank you

I’m extremely disappointed with this visit, especially since I recently gave the Medford location five stars. While the food was acceptable, but had enough condiments that it could have been spit on. The service at this Grants Pass location was a mess. Everyone was presentable in clean uniforms but I had to tell the cashier three or four times that I wanted a meal plus a single burger—two burgers total—and she still couldn’t seem to get it. The manager acted like they were in another world and barely acknowledged I was there, which is impressive considering I had my dog with me. To make matters worse, one of the cooks spent the entire time mean-mugging me while I ate, making the whole experience incredibly uncomfortable. If I could “fail” this location for their complete lack of listening and hospitality, I would. Also their floor was really slick so be careful if dining inside.

Good place to grab a quick breakfast. Priced much better and maintained better than the last Carl’s Jr we hit in Kettleman City. In fact, they had their breakfast burritos at 2 for $6. Such a deal. Service is great and clean restrooms make for a great stop. Not many choices at 6:30 AM in Grants Pass so happy to have a place that checks most of the boxes when it comes to fast food.

Used this drive through to get food for the road before a long drive. I had the original chicken sandwich, which was good. The jalapeno poppers were excellent. We aoder kids menu for for our boys (and my wife) and you get so much. The milkshake was a normal adults size, the burger was big and you also got a cookie. Decent enough.

I was asked about dipping sauce twice in the drive thru and y’all still forgot. Seems like a lack of communication on your end; I was served by two different staff.
They’re also getting verbally pushy about app enrollment lately. Probably because management insists on it, but by golly the drive thru automated messages asks, the order-taker asks, and the cashier asks. Maybe pay closer attention to the sauce situation instead of trying to weasel your way into my phone; they are listed on the receipt like any other item. May as well had forgotten my fries.
Food is otherwise just fine. Nothing bad or good to say there.

The food here is always good and this location is always super clean, it’s very impressive, coming from someone who works in fast food it’s relieving to see a nice clean kitchen and floors. The employees are always great and the service is quick. Food comes out fast without it being so fast that you’re left wondering how long the food must’ve been sitting there- you can tell you’re getting fresh made food. Also one of the only fast food places in the area I won’t get a sick stomach after eating. Overall great, would recommend this location for sure

I don’t particularly care for Carls Jr. to begin with but my boyfriend loves their jalapeño poppers. We could not understand the lady taking our order at all!! She spoke way to fast and her English was awful so it was really confusing.

Generally speaking, they are under staffed. At least that’s how it feels when I go. Takes a longer time to get the food. But on another note, the food is ALWAYS wonderfully delicious! I’ve never had a wrong order or a rude experience here. The staff is truly kind
