Tex mex place in Allen.
I really liked their chips and salsa. Chips were warm and salsa tasted freshly made. We got the trio appetizer with small guac and two different queso.
They have a good margarita list – quite a few different kinds. We tried the skinny margarita and spicy orange margarita – definitely prefer the kick in the latter one.
Kids quesadillas were quite small. But fajitas were good size. Taco salad was quite good size as well.

My husband and I stopped by for lunch yesterday after trying many Mexican restaurants in the last 4 months. We are new to McKinney. Our Friend Irma highly recommended Hermano’s and said it was under new management. We finally found home for Mexican dinning. I couldn’t wait to have the chicken mole while my husband enjoyed guiso de puerco. The taste, flavor and presentation knocked it off the chart. Our server Andrea was welcoming and has such a pleasant warm smile. New manager Acknowledged our visit and extended outstanding hospitality. We are so proud for you both and can’t wait to see you again

This is an excellent choice for any occasion or just because as an independent locally family owned establishment everything is made with an extra helping of love. These guys have the BEST scratch made mole sure to please even those who think they don’t like mole. This is family recipe mole and it’s the best in North Texas, hands down. The tamales are heavenly–fluffy and melt in your mouth and generously filled with tasty perfectly seasoned meats. The Borracho beans are the best you’ll find this side of the border and the tortillas are scratch made and so tasty. The service is great and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Don’t miss out on the weekend brunches or their excellent Margaritas, and the price is right to bring the whole family and all your friends.

Food is delicious and the service is amazing! We got the trio dips & chips. Both of the quesos were so good, the guac was fresh and the chips were still warm. The Pollo Sorpresa is so flavorful and the chicken melts in your mouth! I could eat the tortilla soup every day. Our server was so friendly and when our drinks were low a new one was on the table before we could even think to ask. We will definitely be back.

Oh, Hermano’s Mexican Restaurant is just fantastic! It’s this warm, welcoming spot where you feel right at home. And the table-side guacamole? Absolute heaven! Hillary, our server, brings out this gorgeous wooden tray with fresh, creamy avocados, ripe tomatoes, and onions diced perfectly. She chops in fragrant cilantro, squeezes in fresh lime, and adds just the right kick with jalapeños, mashing it all together with a smile. It’s like watching art! Every bite is rich, zesty, and totally unforgettable.
