My food was okay, I ordered a rebuen and it was cold in the middle [?] Like how?! The tater tots kinda tasted like dish soap. Food was really greasy.
I also got sick 15 mins leaving the restaurant.

The food was absolutely delicious. I tried the corn bread waffle and real syrup. The corned beef hash was amazing too. Had real pieces of corned beef. I also tried the cider mimosa which was very good!!

The food was great! Service was good and not rushed which was perfect forour girls gathering . I look forward to going again! I had the “Dad’s Paying” 2 egg breakfast with home fries, bacon, toast and a Belgian waffle (added all together to save table space on photo).

Me and my mom have been coming here on and off since it was the Route 9 Diner. The Route 9 Diner had a much better selection on their menu and the staff were always on top for your needs. The food was fresh and hot and they even had desserts made fresh daily. Since Johnny’s roadside took over, everything went straight down hill. The menu selection has gotten much smaller as well with the portions for the value. Today (12/7/25) we had a table of 5. The waitress checked on us maybe a couple times and refilled our drinks. Two of us asked for fries and we all got tater tots. The burger melt I ordered (the patties) was flat as a pancake and tasted like it came out of the freezer. I asked for pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar cheese instead they added both. ♂️ The cheese that came with our meals tasted like it was just added, not very warm and melted. The coffee was warm but not as hot like coffee should be served. The breakfast menu is huge than the lunch menu which is basically a couple paragraphs. I would recommend this place just for breakfast, not so much for lunch.

Great service and amazing food! Really good prices and a ton of choices. Also looks like they make some awesome alcohol-based drinks for the adults. Highly recommend!

This place has the best service. The food wasn’t my favorite, but it’s definitely not the worst either. My son and I enjoyed a very pleasant lunch here. We didn’t feel rushed. It’s just a decent, basic diner. I hope they appreciate their waitresses, because that’s why I would consider coming back!

Every bite of the food we ordered was delicious. It was pretty busy when we went and everyone was courteous and diligent.
The milkshake was hands-down the best I have had in a while. Chocolate peanut butter with malt. (I had already taken a couple sips by the time I took this picture)

Have to admit that the place may appeal to college kids and word is their forte is breakfast so when my daughter suggested we go there for lunch I was apprehensive.
Place is cute inside, we went on a Friday at about 130 and there were only a handful of booths occupied. Waitress was very drab and unpersonable. She was on top of refilling our water glasses though which is always nice.
Started out with Buffalo chicken tenders which needed help. The chicken was overcooked and needed a great deal more hot sauce to be considered spicy. I had a cup of chili which was very watery and only tasted like tomato sauce with cayenne pepper in it. The beef was bland as well so overall I was disappointed with my order.
We had a Reuben which was pretty decent, but the Onion rings really helped that dish. Nice sized with tasty batter that made you forget how greasy they were. The fried chicken sandwich was good but the fries that came with it were soggy and greasy. The chicken was cooked perfectly though.
The last dish we had was the Turkey dinner. The mashed potatoes didnt quite cut it but the turkey was moist and seasoned well.
Limited beer selection but they have full bar. Bathrooms were clean as were the booths.
Pricing is a little high in relation to portion size. I would like to try their breakfast but will not go back for another lunch there.
