We had a wonderful time from start to finish. Victoria was our hostess of which got waters and explained the process while the waitress, Sasha, had just gotten sat a large party which was totally understandable. Sasha was very well versed in the menu providing great insights on what she would recommend. We went along with her expertise and was not disappointed. Also great drinks! It was a wonderful experience celebrating all three of our birthdays! Best Melting Pot location we have ever been to!

We went to mid town Atlanta Melting pot for Valentine’s Day date night. We decided to share an entree but the waitress said you have to hit 2 entrees because it’s two people. I asked for manager an he stated the same. I told him it was $89-98 per person. It stated nothing about couples a pricing. After being pressured a back an forth he decided to let us purchase one entree to share. Ten minutes later a caucasion couple sat next to us an stated they wanted to share an entree. You guessed it right. They gave them what they ask for with out question. Not stating they being racist, I think the waiter they had was just understanding a judge the situation seeing it was valentines a rolled with it. Then the waitress messed up the order and still tried to charge for what she didn’t bring. Bad experience on one of the most romantic holiday of the year. Should have followed my first mind an went to Eddie V……. Won’t be going back…

I’m not one to complain but for my first wedding anniversary we booked the ultimate romance package. When we got there the table wasn’t quite ready yet. We were told that they had to finish the flowers which was fine. We get to the table and on the way to the table we see trash all over the place from them making the flowers then the staff complained because they had 8 more bouquets to make. That’s not really our concern we were there for a relaxing night and that’s kind of their job. Throughout our whole experience we just heard the staff talking loudly and complaining about everything from the night and it ruined the experience. I have a gluten allergy and I told the waitress. She told me I needed to remind her before each course because she tends to forget. That was a huge concern for me because if I consume gluten I get very very ill. We did this experience in Buffalo, NY and it was a completely different experience. Definitely not worth the money in Atlanta.

My friend and I went and Sasha was our server and we had an amazing time. The food was really good and although it was our first time and we were unfamiliar with the process, Sasha explained it to us and all of the food ingredients and stuff that we would get. She also made us feel so welcome by chatting with us while the fondue and grill stations were being set up. She was patient with us while we had lots of questions. My favorite part was the chocolate fondue and each dipper was so good. We will definitely come back after we save up again.

We booked our reservation with Raymond and his customer service was outstanding, he even made a point to stop by our table and congratulate us, I would recommend him to anyone! Robert was our server and he was great, his service was great and he kept the mood high and we appreciated that aspect of making our night that much more special.

My husband and I took my mom to The Melting Pot to experience their chocolate fondue for dessert. We were lucky enough to be sat in Sasha’s section, and I cannot overstate what great care she took of us! She was so kind and attentive and personable… we had a GREAT night thanks to her. We will definitely be back!!

We had an awesome experience with the Melting Pot’s Special Riverdance and Fondue Dinner experience at the Fox and Melting Pot downtown on Sat. Feb 7, 2026 — the show was stellar and the dinner following the show could not have been better as we had excellent service from Sasha and that just made for a truly great Date with my beautiful bride. We also happened to LOVE the Fondue ! And I also wanted to personally Thank Layla Haddad for being such an awesome Host, Ambassador, etc. She went out of her way to help me out when I totally goofed up our online order and got us seated in some perfect seats in the Fox. Thank You SO Much and we will definitely be back for another show and dinner !

Alpine fondue is the way to go…! That white wine really adds a nice edge to the cheese.

For entrees, we did a “coq au vin” broth with our steak/poultry. I wasn’t expecting it to be anything outstanding, but it was delicious.

Averi, our server, was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and precise.

I would recommend asking for a double-burner table if your party is planning to do multiple styles of cooking for the entree (i.e., if you only have one burner, you can only choose one cooking style (like grill or coq au vin) for the whole table).
