stopped at this location for a quick easy lunch and was greeted with anything BUT that. i went through the drive through and sat there for about 5 minutes and didnt get a single response. after being ignored completely and noticing the other lane was also being ignored completely, i went inside. the tables disgusting, the floor gross, only one person actually working while who i would assume would be manager was in the bathroom for quite some time came out about maybe ten minutes after i came in and the two other employees were quite literally standing around doing nothing but talking to eachother. took way too long to get food, i usually have sympathy for food service workers knowing it can be a taxing job but this was, for lack of better words embarrassing and gross to see.

I visited on February 22nd around 8 PM and had an amazing experience. The lady who took my order was fantastic. I had a pretty long and complicated order with several modifications and drinks, but she handled it all quickly and accurately. The man at the second window was very kind and efficient in getting me my food. He even grabbed the water I forgot! Also, the young lady working in the front was very attentive. It’s clear they all work great as a team.

We’ve come here multiple times – every single time, without exception, they have messed some part of our order up. Items forgotten, wrong orders completely, etc. Not to mention the service is some of the worst service I’ve ever received. We just went there tonight and sat in the second ordering station for a solid 15 minutes with no response. Watched 2 cars go through the first ordering station before we decided to pull forward to the windows. The young woman there was so offended that we were there. We told her no one came to take our order (which we were just picking up a mobile order) and she insisted it was because there was only one person taking orders. If that ordering station was closed, there should have been some indication of that. But her attitude was unacceptable. We weren’t mad, just pulled up and asked if we could give her the mobile order code and were greeted with that. I think we just need to learn our lesson with this location and stop patronizing it. Very disappointed.

I have tried this place on multiple occasions to give them a chance because they are the closest to me. I now run into coffee grounds in my drink. Ya’ll need to vet the people you hire more, this is getting out of hand.

The food itself was fine, and I understand how busy mornings can be. I used the kiosk to order because the lobby and drive-thru were both very crowded, and I didn’t mind the wait at all. However, I did have an issue with my drink and the way it was handled. I ordered a frappe with no whipped cream and one espresso shot. When I received it, it had whipped cream on it. I politely mentioned this, and the manager on duty took the drink back and removed the whipped cream, but the interaction felt dismissive. When I asked if the espresso shot was included (just to make sure my order was correct) the response came across as rude and impatient, including eye-rolling and being told I could “taste it,” before the manager walked away.

I completely understand that breakfast rushes are stressful, and I’ve worked in fast food myself. Still, customers should be treated respectfully, especially when they are calmly asking for their order to be corrected after it was initially made incorrectly.

I wanted to bring this to someone’s attention because this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this type of interaction with this specific manager on duty, and I believe customer service should match the standards of your brand.

I went through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago and the cheese was forgotten on my sandwich. I have had this issue in the past at this location and was offered a replacement on my next visit which still isn’t ideal but at least more convenient vs having to waste the food in order to bring it in to show them their mistake which is the new policy I was told when calling in is their new policy. I even offered to take a picture, but the woman I spoke to requested the entire order back, which I am unable to do today.

Pulled up to the store and saw 2 cars in the drive through and assumed it would be a quick McDonald’s trip but i was VERY wrong.
Starting with service, one of the front workers walked right past us (twice) and then proceeded to sit next to the fries as if he was making any but it would be more accurate to say he was trying to use his warmth to keep them fresh because he just stood there until the orders began to rack up.

Another worker came up and said “just me myself and I” and jokes saying there is no manager (this was believable considering no one else was up front excluding the glorified fry warmer)

Then, finally a third worker came (she was on drive aswell so bless her soul, she’s already doing more than the entirety of the front combined) especially considering they weren’t present and handing out orders nor taking any.

Asked for a refund aswell because hate to be that person but half an hour for a couple cookies, a fry, and a sundae is insane
They didn’t take it seriously and never compensated.

If you plan on coming to this location then i recommend you come with an hour grace period.

Okay, I can help you draft a Google review I’ve had several negative experiences at this McDonald’s location, but my visit on December 23rd at 7:30 PM was particularly frustrating. The drive-through attendant struggled to understand which order was mine, even though there was only one car behind me. When I paid with a $100 bill, it took an excessive amount of time for the manager to provide change, and they even questioned the bill’s authenticity because they spent 5 minutes looking for marker . After finally receiving my order, I requested an ice water, but the female manager refused, citing a broken machine and telling me to come inside, despite another employee making drinks. She said “” it was inconvenient for her to make my drink. There was no line. The manager’s behavior was disrespectful and unwelcoming, a recurring issue I’ve noticed with her. While the other employees seemed to be working hard, the manager’s attitude made the experience unpleasant. As a busy mom trying to get dinner for my family late while preparing for Christmas, this level of service was unacceptable.

Kids and Grandma got the $5 deal. Spicy chicken for Grandma, plain chicken for my daughter, burger for my son. Nuggets, fries, and drink included. This is the reason we still come here. Don’t know what we’ll do when it’s discontinued.

Fish and fries for me. Add shredded lettuce, extra cheese. It was okay.

Kids love the Play Place here. Grandma bought them ice cream.
