the fries were not salty at all. the burgers were overcooked with chunks of charred particles. the taste was slightly bitter, it became clear that they fried in old oil with an uncleaned frying pan. they forgot to put the sauce, I had to go ask for it. horrible. is this really McDonald’s? The most interesting thing is that the bacon burger didn’t have any bacon at all.

The manager that is there in the morning she is so nice and friendly. I like how this McDonald’s is run out of all the McDonald’s that I’ve been to in St Paul and in Minneapolis the BEST.
Each and every staff member that I have encounter have been really nice and amazing. The employees always greets the customers come in the door which is so nice and friendly, not every McDonald’s does that. Each and every one of the employees got great customer service skills. I have not came across a bad employee or bad customer service.
I want you all to know that y’all are doing a great job keep up the good work.
The patience, kindness friendliness and customer service,I appreciate it dearly. I hope the customers are giving that back in return as well.

This is a “McDonald’s” that surely keeps me coming back. Accepting hospitables. WOW, vanilla milkshake can be ordered during breakfast hours. Ketchup is always near fountain of beverage. Of the previous 5-five-5 times I dined here. Either I or We “company/familiars” there have been kids in the play place twice/2-two-2.
P.S.
The french fries at this mic-e-d’s are #1. Never once have they been too hot and they have never been cold. That is salted or “PLAIN” with no salt.

I gotta say, 95% of the workers are super friendly and their ice cream machine is rarely down. One of the nicest McDonald’s in Saint Paul.

I went through the drive-thru at 9 AM on November 24, 2025 to grab a couple of egg and cheese biscuits before work. When I emphasized egg and cheese only because they’ve got it wrong in the past, the drive-thru dude, interrupted me, and was rude as if emphasizing my order somehow offended him. When I checked him on his behavior, he refused to serve me.
That’s the main reason why McDonald’s is struggling right now. Not only do you get subpar food, but the employees act like you’re irritating then simply by being there.

Customer service this afternoon was terrible, the staff have bad attitudes and are unwilling to work with the lip and eye rolls. I just left Phi Chay down the street and the workers were extremely friendly, professional and helpful- what a contrast from them to you.

I went yesterday with my family and a colored woman with an attitude took our order she had braids and red striped hair within her braids she was incredibly rude. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be rude to others!!

Awful employees, absolutely rude and unprofessional. Talking crap about customers in front of them. Why?
Because I order my child a nugget meal but wanted to switch it to the happy meal for a toy since price was the same. And I said “I just wanted to get her a toy I guess” and then they tried to charge me 3$ so it was 4$ more for the same exact meal presented in a bag vs a kids box. And I said “oh nevermind” that was all. I pull up to the next window and the B is talking about me like “well that’s her problem” when I asked nicely to the previous woman in the window and simply declined the toy after they were gonna charge me. All I said was “oh maybe I should’ve ordered the kids meal cause I guess I should’ve gotten a toy, can we just switch it (I paid more $ for the same thing but was missing a toy so I asked if they can do that & she charged and I said “oh I’d have to pay for it? That’s ok nevermind”)
& then she the woman continues to ask “so what’s your problem? And I just went “huh?” And she walked away. I began piecing it all together and I started to feel so dumbfounded by the way they acted and I was pissed off. I sped off and grabbed my kids food. What the hell is your problem??!?

How do you automatically just treat someone like a piece of crap. Literally, I never go anywhere because of nasty ppl, and I have blood cancer and am losing hair to chemo & all I ask is for a little kindness. But their default is nasty, racist, rude. I’m sure the manager of the place is just as bad so no point in going to them.
