I have been coming here for many years, and the experience never disappoints.
Food quality is consistent, and I feel the ingredients are of higher quality.
Can’t go wrong with any burger hands down. Bread, meat, cheese, and everything else is well on point.
Fries ,mushrooms and other items are always great too! I love the mushrooms.

I’m not local to this Culver’s we were on our drive back home. I’ve never had an issue with any of my orders. I ordered 4 kids meals. 3 with no tomatoes or onions and 1 with everything. I also asked for 2 out of the 4 ice cream cups. Instead I got 4 burgers with everything included!
My kids complained and cried for hour until we got home and one of them dropped the entire burger while trying to pick out the tomatoes and onions on my back seat.
Also the staff took off ALL 4 of the ice cream coupons on the bags… overall never going to this Culver’s location again.

This Culver’s trip was a roller coaster! We went because they have amazing buffalo chicken strips. Turns out they don’t have them at this location anymore.
We ended up getting the fish sandwich meal with curds, a kid’s meal and a few desserts. The frozen strawberry lemonade was the star! I will definitely be returning this summer to get a few of these! They have a bunch of flavors, watermelon, mango, strawberry, lemon, etc. Strawberry sounded great to me. They have real fruit chunks and it’s super refreshing and light! DELICIOUS!
Their fish sandwich has always been one of the best out there. It speaks for itself. This time it didn’t have much tartar sauce, so it was a bit on the dry side. That said it’s still one of the best fast food fish sandwiches I’ve ever found.
We also got a kids meal of grilled cheese w/fries. It was alright. Next time I’ll get chicken strips for the kids meal. It’s not a requirement, but I noticed the kids meal didn’t come with a toy. Good to know!
The cheese dipping sauce was very good. The texture was less thick than I’m used to, but great for their fries.

All staff were kind, friendly and showing me hospitality and they made me feel so happy.
I dont like fast food shops because they focus on efficiency and speed and Culver’s definitely exceeded the stereotypes and made me feel like I wanna go there again
I had chicken tenders and they served me extra chicken tender on my plate!! How sweet
The restaurant was hygienic and I didn’t see any rubbish on the floor.
All customers were well behave and feel safe to be there

Ordered online and picked up; I was ten minutes late due to poor estimation. They seemed confused that I was there, and eventually a woman delivered my food. Her body language and caution basically told me she thought I was trying to steal from them somehow. Asked me to confirm my name despite my car information being correctly applied to my profile. I can only conclude they gave my meal away to someone minutes before.
REGARDLESS, the chicken on the grilled chicken sandwich was the best one I’ve ever had from this chain, so I’m chalking it up to dinner and entertainment.

Usually this location does a great job but I was disappointed when I went there the other day. We ordered drive thru and they forgot my sauce, didn’t provide any napkins, and my pot roast sandwich barely had any meat on it. I’m hoping they just had an off day as this location is a convenient place for me to grab dinner.
Update 1 month later: Culvers has amazing customer service!! After my review they contacted me and offered me some freebies. I’ve been back multiple times and I’m happy to report it was just an off day when I wrote my review. Thank you Culvers!!
